Perfect place to go on a lowkey Saturday night! 10/10 would go again.

I took my two friends for the first time and they loved it as much as I did. Food is always amazing. Big fan of all that Mark Morris does to accommodate us but didn’t see him. Big thanks to our servers Kristi and Bonnie who went above and beyond to take care of us!

The steak we had was covered in sauce when asked to have it on the side. Then we we sent it back it was red in the middle and supposed to be well done. It was clear they were rushing to get it back to our table but of course we would rather our food cooked the correct way than have it faster. The bartenders were great and took a round of drinks off but we were not happy paying $35 for the steak that he didn’t enjoy. Loved the ambiance and the vegan pasta bowl!

Birthday - our waitress was so nice she didn’t rush us we had my Mom out for her 80th birthday- everything was wonderful!

Food and service was fantastic. The Brussels and cauliflower, sweet potato arancini, and chicken parm meatballs were to die for. Also the best chicken broccoli ziti I’ve ever had.

We had fantastic service and the food was delicious! If you have a group I recommend requesting the private dining room. This room was cozy and private. We had a great experience!

Best experience on the South shore! They killed it during Covid! No one has done it better.

It's my second time here. The atmosphere and décor was very nice. We had a three hour lunch and the waiter was so kind and allow us to stay that long.

Love the atmosphere here, and great service. One issue is now twice in a row I have made a reservation, and still had to wait 20 mins (after my reservation time) to be seated, which kind of defeats the purpose of a reservation. Other than that, this is a great place for a night out.

We had a great time- our server was fabulous- but nothing disappoints more than when a steak ordered medium rare comes out well done. Everything after that is awkward and detracts from the overall experience. That’s the first thing I remember from that meal.

They did an incredible job on setting up the restaurant to make you feel safe. They still have outdoor seating with heat lamps. The food and service is impeccable. Great for all occasions.

Brunch to celebrate the New Year with my mother. The staff was incredible, so friendly, professional and very engaging. The food was amazing as well!

New Years Eve

First dinner at Novara. Nice looking place, love the movie theater decor. It was a busy night for them and it showed. Lots going on as we first walked in, the host was on the phone and he was irritated, no one seemed to acknowledge us right away, no smiles, no welcomes. Our server seemed cold. We ordered a shared caesar salad and they came out as individual side salads, that's ok, they were fine. Eggplant parm and chicken marsala were both pretty good.
Tables were set apart and everyone was wearing masks. Given it was New Year's Eve, My family & I agree that we will give this place another shot.

New Years Eve is always a challenge, but we had a great meal at Novara's. We had gone to witness a wedding in Quincy and then headed over to eat. We were an hour earlier than our reservation called for and they sat us immediately. The location of the table was perfect and they kept to Covid restrictions. Service was excellent and the food outstanding considering the rush of New Years Eve. I highly recommend this venue for a great night out.

It was very crowded. Felt a little uncomfortable with the CoVID regulations . The restaurant was a full capacity. Was under the impression that restaurants were supposed to have limited seating? If not for the Covid thing , it was ok. Apps took a long time and were just ok. My dinner was good. But not sure that I would rush back .

The food was fresh and excellently prepared. The service was thorough, but not intrusive. The interior is beautifully designed.

It was very nice to still be able to eat out on the patio. Sitting next to the fire pit and having the heat lamps around, kept us very warm. And the playlist is fantastic.

These guys have their outdoor winter dining experience, necessitated by the pandemic, down to a science. Love this place.

First time there and it was great! We were looking for a restaurant that we wouldn't look out of place getting dressed up and it didn't disappoint. Food was amazing, service was top notch, and the vibe was perfect! Can't wait to go back again!

We’ve been there several times since restaurants were allowed to reopen. They go above and beyond in making the dining experience safe yet thoroughly enjoyable and as “normal” as it can be under the current circumstances. The ambience, food, and staff are exceptional!

I am occasional diner at Novara. My wife enjoyed her haddock dinner and was very pleased with it, even with the slight fishy smell. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was very basic in flavor. My son ordered a chicken sandwich that seemed to be pretty good. The restaurant seemed to be taking all the precautions (masks and partitions in place), but it was busy in there on a Saturday.

We had a reservation so got seated right away. Restaurants was nicely decorated for the holidays, beautiful atmosphere! Service was impeccable, food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend a visit!

Decorated beautifully for the holidays they played Home Alone on their super large screen which was so fun. All COVID protocols were being followed and the food is always amazing. Service was great even though they were super busy. Been here 3 times and it’s consistently great.
