Off The Strip - The Linq
We made reservations here weeks in advance because we were flying into Las Vegas for our wedding. We selected this “trash” of a restaurant because it was in the Linq hotel where we were staying with our wedding party. We ordered a well done 20 oz Rib-Eye Steak dinner and added the Truffle Mac and Cheese. Another couple with us ordered the same meal. Both steaks came out medium rare so we sent them back to the kitchen to be cooked to our preference. Well they brought the steaks back out and they were both charcoal black and burnt. So at that point, we weren’t very happy. So the manager came out and offered us a cheesecake for our troubles and said he would comp the steak dinners. Then in the same sentence he offered us the burnt steak to take with us. We declined the steak. We received the bill and the Mac and Cheese was still on the bill. That was fine because we did eat some of the Mac and Cheese. However, they added an 18% gratuity to our bill. We ended up having to pay $29 for a bowl of Mac and Cheese and water. We will NEVER eat at this “trash” of a restaurant again. They should be shut down for bad service and bad management. This was our wedding dinner and it was ruined because they don’t know how to cook steaks or how to treat their customers!!
The food was very good. We really enjoyed our waiter Hung. Everyone there was great. We definitely will go back every time we visit Vegas.
Off The Strip was amazing! The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was great!! Wasn't too loud, had two bars and two levels of seating. Table seating, both seating, high chair and tables, out door seating, (but you have to be 21 and over), and it's right out by the promenade. Just love the place!! If you haven't stopped by, be sure you do!! You will NOT be disappointed!!
Great pricing great happy hour great service
Lobster ravioli and short rib ravioli are staples every time we go.
Jason was awesome!! Great customer service.
The food was very good! We were a party of 6 and all had something different. I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca and it was very good! Other dishes ordered were meatloaf, rib ravioli, chicken quinoa w/avocado and two others (seafood) that were all very good. The service was prompt which we appreciated since we were headed across the street to the Mirage for a show.
Off the Strip was on point (as usual). Great ambiance and great food!
Bachelorette party dinner
First time I've eaten here, and I was pretty impressed. There were 6 of us, we all ordered apps and entrees and shared. I was most impressed with the ribeye! Pricey, but definitely delicious! Convenient location, good service, good food! I'll definitely be eating there again!
Really good food and nice staff. The breakfast burrito was amazing.
Open late and good food. If staying in that area it is great!
Good specialty drink menu.
Off The Strip is great! It's an under rated gem. I've been there twice over the past year and both times were excellent. The food is delicious, and great portions and value. Do yourself a favor and go.
Great service. Booked a table through TripAdvisor, very handy. Food was lovely. Service was great.
Great service, food and fun. Our server was the best. She went above and beyond to take good care of us. We will definitely be back.
Food was generally good. A little bizarre that our waiter recommended pasta dishes which weren’t great but overall pretty good.
Staff and service was amazing! Our server Jeremy was awesom! Food and drinks were delicious. We are definitely going back!
Food was DELICIOUS. We went out on the strip to find good food and almost nothing we ate had any flavor, but this place was the exception. Love love love. Only wish the price was less, but that’s what we expect on the strip.
We were a party of 8 and everyone absolutely enjoyed their food. Our server was very attentive and polite.
Thank you Off The Strip! We held a community dinner at Off The Strip after a long day at a conference. The food was good, but more importantly, the space was great to host an event!
A really good restaurant and service was fantastic. The menu had many options but I hat to go with the spaghetti and meatballs, loved them!
Our servers were very attentive and personable especially for party of 18. Made my birthday celebration that much more enjoyable.
Outdoor seating provided a great way to acclimate to the strip on our first night in town. Service was fast and efficient. The short rib ravioli was amazing! Drinks were good and the price was a good value for the location.
Very acceptable food, service and value but seriously, nothing to write home about. Their hamburger was huge, big in bacon, but bun was too thick and dry. Although the place has a a dive bar atmosphere that might be saved with 50 beers on draft, it actually has NONE. Bottles only. A decent enough selection, though. Overall, a dependable place to eat if not a memorable experience.
Good second visit, good beef stroganoff and great service. Thank you
This is the second time I have planned someone’s birthday here, they are SO accommodating and friendly and all around great! We were there on Mother’s Day and even though they were busy, they made sure our drinks were always full and food was on the table! My brother and cousin ordered the steak and raves about it every chance they get letting everyone know that it was hands down the best steak they had ever had. I cannot say enough good things about how awesome our experience was! Even the Manager came out and shook my hand... we will definitely be back!! Thank you!
Great food and service. Great place to have lunch.
Food was really good. Our server Juan Carlos was outstanding, very attentive and kept the drinks coming. Only downside it was a little pricey but we would definitely go again.
The food here was really good. I had the pancakes, with scrambled eggs and an english muffin. My friend had the two egg breakfast with wheat toast, and home fries. Our server was very attentive and patient when answering questions! We had adult beverages but I do not remember which ones, I do know it was very well mixed and did not taste extremely strong :) . I would recommend this place while in Vegas!
The outside table we sat at was warped and wobbly. The horseradish crusted salmon did not appear or taste as if it was. Good salmon but not as described.
I reserved an outdoor table on OpenTable - they called me the day of the reservation to confirm the time, number of people and the outdoor table. When we arrived for the reservation we were told they don't take reservations for their outdoor/patio tables. WHAT?! We were told we could wait an hour or so for the table we requested, or sit inside. We opted to sit inside. It was frustrating as it we were looking forward to sitting on the patio on our last night there to enjoy the fresh air and people watch.
Great food! I had the Chicken Parmesan and it was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend it.
When we arrived, and was seated, the manager asked us if we would mind moving tables because they had a bigger party coming in ,so we did and they gave us free drinks on the house which was very nice. Our waitress nini was wonderful the food was great we had a wonderful time
Excellent food and service. Outside seating very pleasant and great for people watching.
Food was wonderful, music was way too loud to carry on a conversation with the person next to you without yelling.
Awesome!! Everything was delicious! Service was outstanding! We will definitely be back!!
I was somewhat disappointed with this trip to Off The Strip compared to previous visits. The service was very slow and our food was delivered at an almost cold temperature.
Great food quality and service was at its top game. Good looking restaurant with warm inviting colors.
Great service and smiles. Reliable food. Was really loud though even early in the morning! Would go again!
While the burger was large and very good, the truffle fries were soggy. The price, at $21, was a bit high. I hate it when the wait staff arrives with the food and shouts, "Who gets the pasta?" - he/she should know. And finally, when making the reservation I was presented with the option of normal versus hi-top table and chose normal. We were seated at an uncomfortable hi-top as the only available.
