When we arrived for our reservation we discovered the restaurant was closed for renovation. Why would they accept a reservation when they knew they were closed.

I do not like to give poor ratings. I usually just avoid rating the restaurant. This restaurant needs serious help. They appeared to have adequate staff, yet every interaction was problematic even very simple requests. The food was edible but that is about it. To stay in business, I recommend the owners get involved and help their team improve.

Wasn't sure what to expect from a Mexican restaurant in Old Town. We had out of town guests who love fajitas, so this seemed like a good option. The margaritas were good and there was a good selection. My husband and I split the fajita trio and they were tasty. Enough steak, chicken and shrimp for two. Our out of town guests also had fajitas, minus the shrimp, and another entree I cant remember. They were happy with their food as well. Service was good once we finally had someone seat us.

Average Mexican food, poor serving staff. Sylvia P was our server and brought out two incorrect meals. She also charged us double for the meals she had to take back and fix. Front desk was able to straighten it out after a while. Will not be back.

Carlos was an amazing waiter, the food was great. The ambience was great. The music was great the only downside side that almost caused us to leave where the dirty cups, but they turned it around and provided us with clean cups.

Every aspect of a restaurant is important to me, especially when greeted at the door. This restaurant had everything to make me feel happy, comfortable, and most of all, the food! It was during buffet hours, so have to say, big 10 on the food, the incoming nonstop Champagne, and the service. The receptionist received a rose from me, like I said, the first face you see is the face and voice that greets you happily, this matters! No one wants an unhappy greeter! So thank you !

This is the second time we make Reservations and we always receive great service from begging to end. We all have our favorite foods but overall food is delicious.

Our Cinco de Mayo experience started out good with designated restaurant parking and an elevated view over old town. But the atmosphere of the building seemed a little confusing and outdated. My group and I were quickly disappointed when our margaritas were served in small, plastic cups. We were later served chips-and-salsa but continuously ran out of salsa and had to constantly flag down our waitress to get more. Personally, I wasn’t a fan of the salsa anyways because it was mostly liquid so I couldn’t get any to stay on my chips. Throughout the rest of our dinner, the service was extremely slow, waiting 30+ minutes each time we wanted to order drinks or food. Our waitress was very nice but they must have been understaffed or over worked due to the holiday. Lastly, after waiting a long time for our food, the food was delicious.
