ONE Dine at One World Observatory

The overall experience was great. Delicious food. Excellent, friendly service. A wonderful view all night (we were lucky enough to be at the table for two nearest the windows). Definitely an enjoyable evening!

I am a NYer and went there for a special occasion brunch mostly for the view. The food is meh, and the ambience feels like a fancy airport restaurant... The place is loud especially because you can hear the visitors of the Observatory using their tour guide devices. We could also tell this is a place that’s mostly for tourists...

Food could be way better. It would definitely enhance the experience if they had a better menu. Space was nice and of course the views were amazing.

Enjoyed a memorable dinner with our family. Our hostess Taylor and waiter Frank were very personable and accommodating for our special birthday celebration! Drinks, food, dessert and service were all great, the sunset and views were awesome. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks again to the staff.

The price at the restaurant was high.

Took my mom here for her birthday. Due to COVID there was not a crowd of tourists which was perfect. We walked right into the building with no wait. The views are stunning. The food was very tasty. We had the calamari which is one of the best I've ever had. We also had the wings Buffalo style, roasted butternut squash soup, braised short rib, All American burger, pan roasted Branzino, potato gnocchi mac & cheese and winter succotash. Each dish was well prepared and very tasty! I also had the Tribeca cocktail which was excellent. The only food letdown was the cheesecake dessert which came covered in cold raspberry sauce and tasted a little like store-bought. Service however was amazing. The servers were very attentive and pleasant. They offered to take pictures several times and were great at anticipating when we needed something. Food came to our table within a reasonable time. Also we never felt rushed. Our reservation was for 2:15pm when it was still light outside and by the time we left it was almost 6pm and dark outside which means we got to experience the daytime and nighttime views. The ambience is A+. I am looking forward to going back and hoping they will eliminate the need to purchase observatory tickets in order to dine.

Just over priced

It was a great view and the food & drinks were decent, but as a server myself, the service and food was not up to par with the prices. I would expect the food and service to be a bit better for the prices paid for admission ($30+),drinks ($18) and food. Also, the tap water was very cloudy. I would recommend to a friend, but maybe just once for the experience.

The food was absolutely amazing, I looooved it!!! The drinks were good too. I loved the scenery it was very romantic!!!! Everyone was so nice! I definitely recommend this place. My boyfriend and I were so caught up with dinner we didn't finish seeing the whole observatory. Best part is we got 2 tickets to come back! =-)

Food was great, service was great and the view was incredible!

Read to the end! We really enjoyed the food, it's surprising to find good food in this environment, they could serve terrible food and still do very well because of the location. The calamari was outstanding and a very large portion, it was a "starter" and could be a meal. The only thing I'd say you should remember is that they add the tip to the check, it's very easy to forget and double tip, the server should mention this, but oes not.

We ate at One Dine for my birthday on November 7th, everything was wonderful. The food was excellent and priced fairly. We ate the butternut squash soup, it was delicious. For an entree I ordered the pressed chicken, the flavors were amazing. I also had a glass of apple, strawberry sangria that was insanely delicious. Obviously the view was outstanding dining so high above the city. Our table was located overlooking midtown with a wonderful view of the Empire State Building, everything was illuminated in red, white and blue because Biden and Harris won the election that night adding to our celebration!

Grate service, Andrea my waitress was fantastic, ver nice and professional. The food was grate, the presentation and testing of each dish was amazing . The price is reasonable considering the location. I will rate all my experience from the beginning to the end, fantastic, memorable. I will highly recommend it without any doubt to all my friends.Thx a lot David.

Friendly staff great food and was reasonably price what I expected

Visited here one year ago and enjoyed the experience so much that returned this year to celebrate my 50th birthday

Love the view and the scenery the food was great and it was serve on time..our waitress was very courteous and had very good tips on the wine..would definitely recommend.this place to anyone..will be back soon

Had a reservation and was promptly sat at a lovely table. Server was very nice (from Russia). Everything we ordered was delicious and cooked to order. Our server recommended a dessert and it was delicious!
I do wish for the price there was a soup/salad option with meal as well as bread etc. But overall was very pleased; and would eat there again if we find ourselves in NY

Food was terrible! Rubens are my favorite sandwich But their Rueben was the worst I’ve ever had. Something I would expect to be served in a bar in a hotel lounge in......Mexico, maybe. This is NEW YORK CITY! WTF?
We hated all of the shtick greatly and that we couldn’t go directly to the restaurant without buying a ticket for the observatory, as well. It made our lunch for 4 terribly expensive.
We also didn’t appreciate being hemmed into watch video before being released to go directly to having pictures taken. I had to demand to be allowed to skip the video and fight off the camera people.
The views were great, of course.

Service was lovely , sadly food was below average, observatory fee applied regardless of obstructed views due to weather. Dinner on the sky was our main objective. A donut was $6.58 and border stale.

Service and atmosphere were great. Food was mediocre at best. We had grilled octopus, fries, and wings. Everything was cooked fine. But the flavors were lacking even on the french fries! Had little to no salt or other seasonings. The grilled octopus was cooked well but the bean accompaniment was bland at best. You are paying for the experience.

The staff was beyond accommodating! We kept getting stuck in traffic on the way to dinner, and the hosts still let us keep our reservation. They say us in an amazing booth that we didn’t expect. They gave a beautiful happy birthday card for me to bring home! My boyfriend and I work at the best steakhouse in Tampa Bay, and the filet we had was incredible and better than anything we had before! Since we sat later than expected, we ended up staying past close; being in the hospitality industry ourselves, we know how much that may bother most workers and we truly felt bad, but our server was incredible and let us enjoy our meal with a view and he had great conversations with us. Thank you for letting me have the best birthday dinner, and for all of your patience and kindness! I will certainly be back next time I am in NY!

A fantastic experience. We had a table in front of the window. As we ate, darkness descended to see Times Square and surrounding areas all lit up. Wow!
Food great, service great.

Great view, nice, but not outstanding food, service not attentive. 18% gratuity added to the bill as compulsory and this showed in the level of service offered by the staff. Their tip was guaranteed so why go the extra mile. Had to keep trying to get their attention for anything we wanted. Check has a space for a gratuity when 18% already added!

When booking please keep in mind that you have to pay to enter the observatory which will be an additional $40 per person.

Food was awesome, butternut squash soup delightful, had the sea bass also delisous my wife ordered some flatbread something with figs and greens also awesome

View for days! The Food and drinks are pricey, but worth every penny. Definitely a memorable time.

It was a excellent meal and a real treat to see the world all around us while dining!

Decent atmosphere, but the food wasn’t the best. Some stuff was very greasy, or undercooked/overcooked.

We had a very enjoyable experience for Valentine's Day. It wasn't however clear to us that in order to dine here you do also have to purchase the $40 minimum ticket price PER PERSON to get to the restaurant. So for 3 of us, that was an unexpected $120 bucks. We did enjoy the food, the ambience and the excitement of being 100 floors up for dinner. The views are simply spectacular! We did get to walk around after dinner too and take in the views as well. but be prepared to purchase the tickets and also give yourselves AT least 45 to 60 minutes prior to dinner reservation to get tickets and get up to the restaurant. We were lucky to get there 30 minutes and it was not busy so it wasn't a problem. But on a busier day, it would have been a problem. Food is of course expensive as well but it was very good. Something to consider for a special occasion. They found out we were celebrating my daughters birthday and they gave her another visit to the top of the tower. it was a very nice touch.

From the moment we stepped in the place it was filled with organization and comfort. The dinner was absolutely breath taking! The serve was excellent and as were other works making sure the night was spectacular!
