The evening started with a little hiccup as we had made a reservation on Open Table for 7:15, but when we got to the restaurant, they said it would be a 30 minute wait. What is the point of making a rez on Open Table if the restaurant handles you like a new walk-in? In any event, we were seated in about 25 minutes and fortunately, our waitress Michelle was outstanding and she kind of turned around the evening for us. She was very attentive and pleasant, and had a good sense of humor. Paisans has a nice menu with a lot of choices. The food was good and reasonably priced.
Great ambiance and decor. Staff was very helpful and constantly checking on us. Food was good, something for everyone. Will be back! Thank you
Great place. Good social distancing. Cold beer and great pizza. Miss the grilled Romaine salad!
Christmas Eve dinner with family and friends. Our server was very attentive and enjoyable.
Service was a little slow. Saw a few employees standing around and when we were seated it took longer than normal for our sever to take our initial drink order.
Great experience and food.
We always enjoy Paisans but this dinner was better than ever. Our server recommended we have our pizza cooked well done and it was the best crust we have ever had here. Everyone was so cheerful.

Make sure to make a reservation. They are at 25 percent capacity which made for limited seating

I love how I had a 7:15 reservation on a PACKED Saturday night and out table was waiting for us (and I made the reservation an hour before hand on Open Table)!!
Exceptional homemade pizza, great beer selection, friendly staff.
Took our pizza to wrong table and then offered to bring it to us after piece was served to them. Next pizza took over half hour to bring out and was wrong topping
Good food, generous portions! We sat in a room off to the side (off the main seating area) which kept the noise level down. Otherwise, I would have had an issue with it.

Had a minor problem with order (kitchen swapped crust style between two pizzas we ordered), but manager immediately put discount on bill (although we didn't ask and weren't expecting this).
When we arrived, it was extremely loud. I don't know if this is the norm, but there were a couple of large groups and also a lot of NFL playoff game customers.
We were looking for a regular pizza place to frequent and we definitely found one!
A great place for casual dining. Portions are huge and everything we had was very good. Service was a bit slow but not the place was very busy.

1:45pm Sunday reservations seated immediately, wasn’t busy. Good pizza, service was slow only 1 waitress. Watched football on their TVs.

Sunday 1:30pm seated promptly. Generally good food & service. However, restaurant was extremely understaffed staffed. Waitress was most apologetic and nice. No fault of hers. Disappointing dining experience.

Would recommend to try it for yourself. Pizza was not our style, too cheezy and dough too thick. Hamburger tasted good and was a good value. Asparagus needed more of the tough ends not included. Our server was slow amd inattentive. Carol was a highlight and pleasant. Best part was the hostess cupcake!!
The food was excellent and the menu had a great variety ranging from pizzas to sandwiches to salads to appetizers. I will definitely return to dine here again soon.
