Paparazzi's food and service was excellent. I had a meatball sandwich that was so big I could only eat half of it and the parmesan fries were great too. My friend had a salad with steak tips and she said it was delicious. Her Mom had the eggplant parmigiana appetizer and it was huge. She ate all of it! We had coffee which I appreciated because I drink my coffee black and it was very dark and rich. Our food came out very quickly and our waitress was terrific. I also took home pasta Bolognese and chicken parmigiana home for dinner.
Maddy was terrific. She was attentive but not hovering. Food was excellent as always. But sad there are no longer bread sticks offered.
Bartender/hostess/waiter excellent service.
Had antipasto. Below average for selection.
Meatballs and spaghetti meatballs waaay to salty but that was the only flavor in it. The sauce bland. Was supposed to go again next week. Nope
We had dinner outside -- wonderful weather, food & service.
We had a nice relaxing dinner at Papa Razzi in Concord for our daughters birthday. (We are still missing the one in Burlington that’s closed a couple years back as we would go there often.) I enjoyed the mushroom raviolis and my daughter loved the Chicken piccata. Service was wonderful! Look forward to returning here!
We ate outside, which is want we wanted. It was a beautiful night and it worked out fine. Food was very good. Ambience leaves a little to be desired. We ate on the blacktop.
The bruschetta did not look or taste like typical bruschetta. Bread was soggy sponge, and loaded with baby mozerella. Calamari was bathing in aioli, so left that part uneaten. The linguine that came with the 3 chicken/veal Parmesan meals was horrible. The penne was more than al dente, which I left more than half on the plate uneaten.
The gnocchi's and shrimp scampi was good, but a little too much garlic.
Not a place to go for gourmet food. The Pork chop ws tough and probably reheated, but had a nice flavor. The chicken Picatta, also had a nice flavor but the sauce was hot while the meat lukewarm, also reheated.
The service was wonderful, and we were able to sit outside.
A Good experience - seated upon arrival.
Service was good - food was very good.
Papparazzi knows ...."who/what it is...." and optimizes around that.
They have outdoor dining, which we requested in our reservation. When we arrived we were told our table was indoors. I asked why and was told that they are only having 8 tables outside used. I informed the person handling seating that only 7 tables outside were occupied. She told me the person at the 8th table had gone to the bathroom. I went outside again about 10 minutes later and there were still only 7 tables in use. Went out again 15 minutes later (to take phone calls) and there had been no change. I hate being lied to. We were a party of 4 seniors and were seated inside at a table about 3 feet away from another occupied table. Not at all happy at how they dealt with Covid.
Food was good, albeit on the pricey side.
I've ordered from Paparazzi lots of time before but this was my first time dining in the restaurant. My waiter Will, was extremely friendly and accommodating especially with the special needs client I was dining with that evening. The food was delicious, great atmosphere, and amazing service! I highly recommend!
We done here regularly. Our son loves the gluten free pizza (and gluten free dinner rolls). My husband and I love all the pasta dishes. We love to take out of town guests here.
Whoever made the antipasto doesn't know how to slice cold cuts! They should be sliced as thin as possible and I know, I'm a former deli owner. My ala norma was slightly overdone and my wifes penne polo was bland. But it is still one of our favorite restaurants!
We were seated outside at our request. Perfectly adequate given that the restaurant is on noisy Rte. 2, but we knew that. The food was good, but the wait for it was way too long - 1/2 hour at least. We were told the reason for that was that the kitchen was swamped with take-out orders (we saw a lot of people come and go while we waited). Management needs to realize that diners who are there in person take preference over orders-to-go. In consideration for the customer who is seated and waiting, just tell the take-out customer their order will take longer. Maybe Management realizes that and is transitioning from all-take-out to in-person-dining. Anyway, Management, please note. The waiter was rushed but responsive, and we give him 5 stars for effort.
Server was great fun and friendly. All food was amazing! Prices have increased since the last time we were there but we will be back!
Good food consistently. Good service, especially given that our server was on his first day on the floor. Great value. Enjoyable meal.
I liked the outdoor tables especially in Covid times. I ordered the bruschetta which I didn’t eat because I disliked it. Too many tomatoes. Too little bread. I should’ve ordered something else. Maybe pizza.
As always, the people and the food were outstanding. Always a sure bet.
Chain restaurant with good food, decent service, a bit loud.
Good food and access for reservations much appreciated. Good service provided by our waiter.
Seated at a table on the servers track to the kitchen. Why do people do that to women, when there are tons of other tables. Table was very unbalanced, and after the server asked me if I could handle it, she got someone else to come over with a wedge, but didn't tell me she was doing that. I was then seated at the table next to it.
Pasta tasted great and shrimp well cooked, but too much oil.
Restaurant looking a bit shabby.
Too bad, because I used to love this place.
First time back to Papa Razzi since the pandemic. Wanted to sit outside but the day was too hot. We were given a roomy end booth inside. Everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Menu had changed and prices increased. But still hearty portions of delicious food. Love their risotto. The added roasted shrimp were perfectly done. Lemon cake to end the meal was light and yummy. This remains one of my favorite places to dine. Their extensive menu has something for everyone. Their pasta is always al dente. So glad to have this gem nearby.
Great meal! Service and food both most awesome. Never regret going to Papa Razzi Concord location.
Consistently great food and service. Easy parking no stairs for easy access. Always a positive experience with leftovers / generous helpings! Family favorite for all generations!
Courteous staff, friendly, and efficient, and a menu that has enough variety to be interesting. Most important, the food is still the quality I have come to expect from Pappa Razzi over the years.
We are regulars here and Manager Julian and the Papa Razzi’s staff are great. The food is consistently delicious and fresh from the kitchen (love that they have a dedicated food runner getting hot food out efficiently).
Decent wine selection for a suburban restaurant. We haven’t had a meal we didn’t enjoy. We just wish they served the Carbonara year round. We had a pistachio cream cake and chocolate moose cake that was amazing.
We asked to sit in the bar so noise etc was to be expected. The menu has changed & the twin filet item is sadly gone for now. Went with the chicken parm which is always good & it was again, excellent. Wine selection is good and fairly priced although like most restaurants the red wine is served closer to kitchen temps than cellar temps.
Papa Razzi's in Concord is such a great restaurant. The food is always superb and the staff excellent. We love dining there!
We had a more than satisfactory dining experience. The food was good . The service was very polite and attentive. I will return.
We were there for lunch and were the first to be seated, so I was very curious as to why in an otherwise empty restaurant the next party to be seated was placed right behind us?
One reason I chose Papa Razzi was because on previous visit it was very quiet.
Eggplant entre and veal parm were both very good. Our server, Donna, was excellent.
Our server was wonderful. She was witty. She was informed and confident on the menu. She was very attentive and sincere.
The meal was fabulous. Al dente pasta was delicious.
Our waiter was incredible.
We return to Pappa Razzi again and again. Always dependably at least B+
Ordered 2 salads for 3 people and they were ale to split one between 2 plates - very light and flavorful dressings! We enjoyed the artichoke risotto, the pasta with meat sauce (they were able to change the pasta to a thin linguini), and a steak. The Sicilian sangria was cool and refreshing, served in a wine glass. The coffee was good. Quick service, with some booths reinforced by clear glass walls.
First- the service was amazing especially during these times of staffing shortages- we were impressed. The apps were better than the meals- plenty of food for everyone, decent wine list too! Our party of six had a wonderful evening and we are always up for a meal there.
The portion was considerably smaller than before covid. Caesar Salad with shrimp served on a plate rather than a bowl with the dressing not well integrated.
It's been a couple years since we were last here and I feel like the quality of the food is not the same. Caesar salad was bland, without flavor. Bruschetta was soggy.
Our Waiter, however, was absolutely outstanding. He did what he could to please us and was quick and charming. Thank you Will for making our dining experience a good one.
Enjoyed our meal as always. Attentive service. Busy atmosphere.
Sabrina was a terrific server. This was a large group and she did an amazing job managing the many requests.
