Parlor Pizza Bar - West Loop

love this place my favorite bar to hangout with friends, get a drink, etc. Love the atmosphere.

Hostesses were not accommodating and had very poor customer service. I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and my experience with the hostess made me not want to return to this location.

Booked a patio table but were seated inside - in some shed with no open doors, windows, and heaters. Meanwhile, the only reason we went there was because it looked like it had a large outdoor space. Disappointed.

They do a really good job of spacing out tables in the upstairs area and decent ventilation with a few doors open. Obviously always a great spot to watch games and yesterday was no exception. Can't miss with this spot.

The set up they have there is great. Lots of ventilation and tables spaced out. Nice to still be able to go out and felt very safe. Always a good experience here.

For once our pizza was not cooked well enough. The fact that our cheese and toppings slid off of every piece of pizza once we picked up each slice is unacceptable and ridiculous. Our waitress was ok, however, she took a very long time to bring back our checks. We were also rushed out of the restaurant which was also rude and the complimentary water was disgusting. Overall the best thing about this visit was the appetizers and dessert, but I wouldn’t dare to refer somebody to this restaurant. The pizza and customer service needs some serious improvement.

Always consistent service and quality food provided. The restaurant does a nice job of observing social distancing guidelines while still making it a comfortable (and warm) experience.

Best pizza we’ve had in awhile

The fries weren’t great everything else was.

We made a reservation but then we were seated outside and told that the reservation doesn't guarantee a seat outside... which we found ridiculous.

Our server was amazing. We asked for recommendations and she gave us plenty and everything we tried was delicious!! Try the nacho bites!!! They are phenomenal!!

Rude servers, high prices, and food/drink poisoning. I've never felt so bad after a couple of beers and a pizza.

Had a great time! Have heard so many positive reviews about the food here and the service & food did not disappoint! Tables were very spread out, didn’t feel crowded. The outdoor area was kept very warm for dining outside in November. Paulina was our server and she was really great. Kept an eye on our table to not interfere but never left us waiting for our order :)

One of the best pizza spots hands down! Came for a girls birthday brunch and had an absolute blast plus the food is Delicious!
