This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant on the planet. It's old school Italian with no frills. Grandma's Italian meets mobster old Vegas. I have been eating here for over 10 years and the lasagne tastes the same every time...it melts in my mouth. So excited every time I have an opportunity to take someone here for the first time. These guys never disappoint!!!

I got there and my business partner was sitting already, I walked to the booth and waiter came in, didn’t great me or ask if I’d like something to drink, I ordered an iced tea, he came back with the iced tea and I had to ask him for a lemon for my tea, looked at the menu and when ordering I guess he didn’t understand what I was ordering or didn’t hear me so he asked me “ what do you want??” In a loud and rude manner , Hmmm, I know this is not a fine dining place but come on, our food came and he asked if we wanted any more bread and we said yes, bread never came and neither the waiter to check on the food or to see if we needed anything else, won’t be returning.

Very good to Outstanding, have been going their for years. I drive from the extreme northwest but never disappoints, worth the drive.

Everything is a joke, their system is a joke we didn’t go to dinner cause we have a reservation for 7:45 and waited until 8:06 for seats, but walk in guests are being shown to their table first. Horrible management and needs more experienced staff.

We made reservations for Valentine’s Day dinner at 7pm knowing everywhere would be busy. We were seated in a timely fashion as we were ten minutes early, and the hostess was very friendly and attentive. However, we were seated at a small table that was in a hallway like area, next to a desert cooler. It was awkward, and not very comfortable. Our server was nice, but slow. Granted, we understand how busy the restaurant was, but they were slow and not very attentive.
The calamari was overdone, and not very good. The house salad was meh, but we both liked the complimentary garlic bread, and our entrees were very tasty. I’d say the prices are pretty fair for the food you receive, but I’m not sure I’d go back again. Took around 45 minutes for two entrees, again I know it was a busy night, but a restaurant that’s been around this long should be prepared. With all the choices in this town, there’s plenty of better places to go.
We also thought it was very odd that the specials were written on a chalk board that the servers had to lug around to each table, instead of just having a separate printed list/menu. I mean, c’mon, you’ve been around for twenty years at this location. You know it’s Valentine’s Day. Spend a little bit of money to be better prepared.

Pasta Mia provided us with some of the best Italian food I've ever eaten. The lasagna bolognese was incredible and the gnocchi ala Roma was excellent as well. Our waitress, Liz was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend Pasta Mia to all. It was very enjoyable!

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food was good, not gre6like it was in the past.

If you want to be cool and go where Nicholas Cage & Celine Dion (Frank Sinatra apparently loved the place) goes to when they want outstanding inexpensive authentic Italian food! This is where the locals go. Enough said!

Great restaurant with wonderful prices and great service. I did not receive my 100 points for dining here on Saturday August 17th. The reservation was for 5pm 2 people under the name Philayne Kile. Could someone please look into this. The restaurant said they did their part on checking us in for the reservation but no points showed up. Thank you.

As usual, Pasta Mia was excellent. Service was outstanding. Everybody, from the owner down, made sure our experience was absolutely wonderful.

We LOVE Pasta Mia West. Best authentic Italian food with outstanding service. We make it a point to put this restaurant on our dinner plans when in Vegas.

Food was delicious. Server seemed a little annoyed with our party and took my plate with pasta and shrimp still on it without asking if I wanted a box.

We return to Pasta Mia West often. Our favorite Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. We were there this time for our friends birthday party.
The waiter had to be reminded three times that it was for a birthday. It was no longer a surprise when the desert arrived. Otherwise we all had an excellent meal.

Father’s Day

Consistently great food One of our go to restaurants. Always great. Staff and food is excellent.

Early Tuesday evening, party of two. Food quality marginal. Ordered gin & vodka martinis, tasted like water, refused them. Bartender made fresh ones, again, tasted like water, refused again. No cocktails at this place! Owner was on the premises, but never bothered to address our complaint. Service was very courteous and attentive.

Great restaurant been going there for years.

I have taken many friends who have come into town there for dinner.
