We had a fantastic server named Ethan. The wife had the pork chops and I had the Tenderloin stroganoff. We both really liked our dinners. We had the banana cream pie for dessert snd it was excellent!

We had a wonderful time at Pier 500 this week. During the week, so not many customers at that time. Food was awesome. Hope our waiter had as much fun as we did. He was awesome! Thank you.

I had the ahi tuna, my favorite and the house salad. It was delicious and we will definitely be back again now that I see how the igloos work. Our waiter was cheerful and very efficient. The hostess was also warm and welcoming.

By far the best rotisserie chicken around, whether in a meal, sandwich or pasta. Other food has always been good as well, but hard to resist the chicken.

My girlfriend and I decided to make a run for the border this last weekend and picked the perfect spot. Pier 500 was great, our server was awesome, and the food and drink was just what we were looking for! If your looking for a classy establishment that is not stuffy this is the place to go!

They typically have the Steak, Sun-Dried tomatoes and Blue Cheese Fondue once a year around the first. We watched for and once again were delighted! I hope this special can make more appearances!

Great Food Exceptional Service..We sat at the bar. I would highly recommend.

We walked in and everything were great from the front hostess to our table to our waiter. Our waiter was very attentive until it got really busy so he didn't frequently check in on us as he did from the beginning. Awesome experience. Wanting to reserve the dome for a future date on our way out but it was busy so we didn't stop to do that.

Have been there before, would go again, the parking is the only down side

I had reserved an igloo on line for my birthday two weeks in advance. But upon arrival was told I could only reserve one by calling. There was no information on line telling me so that I saw. I was very disappointed to instead be seated next to the kitchen..... 😒

Food and service was amazing. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the specials/menu and drink recommendations. Perfect night out.
