Food and drinks were delicious. Server and service was amazing. Friendly environment. The only iasue I had was whwn I spread the better onto the bread there was a part of a plastic in it.

The food was delicious! I had the ensalate, it was a generous quantity w plenty of tomatoes n cucumbers. The filet mignon I got was done to perfection. The potatoes were great , the carrots could have been done a bit more. The shrimp I added were very large and very tasty. The waitress was very competent and pleasant. Oh and the bread is fabulous!!

Lasagna noodles were mushy and starchy sent this dish back. Brickoven pizza good fresh ingredients. Haddock on linguini very good.

My husband and I visit the casino about three times a month. Without fail we always eat at Pino. The food is delicious and never ceases to impress us. The staff is very attentive to our every need. Chef Richard goes above and beyond to make sure our meal is perfect. Love this place and can't wait for next week.

We were seated 15 minutes early by a wonderful hostess who has been working there over 20 years! She was nice enough to seat us at the chefs table where we could watch all the action in the ultra clean kitchen... the fried calamari is so good

Very enjoyable. We were looking for a casual dinner at reasonable price. Server made the perfect balance of helpful but not too intrusive. The timing was good -we wanted a quick meal to get on to the next activity. However you could certainly spend a more leisurely meal if that Liz your choice

Pino is a steadfast go to at the Turning Stone and in the general central upstate NY area. We have been dining at the Pino for years, and have found the staff very friendly and helpful. The food seems to have improved as time goes by. It was a fine place for my wife and I to celebrate my 74th birthday.

This is one of the best, classy, upscale restaurants in the area. Professional service and quality food.

We were very rushed and the food was prepared ahead of time and not fresh. For an elegant dinner, we were rushed out in about 30 minutes. We had no time to look at the drink or food menus. By the time we got bread, the food was there. Waiter asked inappropriate questions about COVID. We usually go there every time we go to Turning Stone because we used to love it. Probably won’t go back again. Because of our rush, it was not worth the $60-$70 bill.

First time there to eat and was very impressed. Food was great and our server was wonderful so was our busses. Can't wait to go again when we visit turning stone.

Jade was a great waitress - so nice & so accommodating. The scallops are to die for and the hot clams are a solid appetizer. The only negative was that they ran out of blue cheese for the olives in my martini and that’s a pretty small complaint.

Been going to Pino for years and the food quality, customer service, atmosphere and the consistency of staff continues to impress. Truly, the consistency of staff and seeing familiar faces is refreshing and most appreciated during circumstances of 2020/2021.

As always, Pino Bianco delivered. Great pasta! Husband had spaghetti with marinara, I had the bolognase. Side salads and a wonderful bottle of Cabernet.
The service was impeccable.

Pinot is our favorite restaurant at Turning Stone! Chefs table is recommend if it’s available. Big shout out to Kelly! She is absolutely awesome! Meatball app and scallop entrees are my favorite.

Had the sausage pasta dish and was absolutely delicious.

Also, gluten free pasta option is great!!

We often choose Pino for it's consistently good service and food, as well as the quiet and relaxing ambiance, a nice distraction from the casino noise and traffic. Always leftovers and 5 star cooking experiences. The freshly made pasta of the day is a great choice and the spicy calamari appetizer has no comparison.

Christmas dinner was everything we had hoped for. Herb was an amazing server and was very attentive and friendly. We were disappointed in the special selections but the menu offered plenty of options. Restaurant was amazingly clean and Covid precautions were followed.

I can't remember my server. I think it was Lisa. We were at the chef table ( I didn't even know it was a thing) on Saturday at 7:30. She was so attentive and fun. The food was amazing. We were given a chef plate that was amazing. We will definitively be back. Thank you for an amazing date night..

I can never say enough about this restaurant. The Chef is so very accomodating and bends over backwards to make your visit the most it can be.
This past week we ate there twice. Both times the food was fabulous. I had the chicken marsala one night and chicken parmigana the next. My husband had the pasta special and sole francaise. It was done to perfection. We are very fortunate to have a restaurant of this quality to be able to enjoy every time we visit the casino. We are looking forward to our next visit on Christmas Eve.
