Me and Girlfriend love coming to Polcari's. It's our favorite place.
Took a friend for her bday. We had a couple of drinks ( they came out at 2 different times about 10 minutes apart) 1 appetizer it was good & 1 large pizza ( that’s was ordered lightly cooked) it was burned. She told us that’s how they are all coming out! Not their best day ever!
Once we were sat and ordered drinks and food the hostess sat another party a little close for our comfort. We opted to take our food Togo once we finished our glass of wine. Food was excellent as usual!
We had a wonderful dinner. Hardest part was deciding what to get -Caesar Salads, two chicken parmigiana, chicken Marsala and chicken piccata- everyone left happy and full. One of these times I will get the pizza b/c it smells so good! Food was delicious, server was very attentive, we will definitely go back!
Great food. There was a mix up with one of our pizzas and the manger was very attentive and apologized endlessly. His concern was very appreciated by all of us. We were a party of 8. All were very happy with their choices.
Server did not have the best personality and gave us the feeling she really did not want to be there.
Everything else was wonderful. We are frequent diners there and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. But I felt I needed to mention the server.
The food is excellent. My husband and I had the chicken parmigiana with penne. The chicken and it’s coating was so flavorful. It had a little crunch that we loved. The waitress was so attentive even though she was very busy. The whole experience was awesome and I highly recommend it. We went for lunch and the prices are very reasonable.

Service was awful! Food was terrible! Without a doubt the worst piece of veal I ever had. Wife had the Fettuccini Alfredo and it as like rubber. Will never go back
Valentines day
We often dine here. The good and service was excellent.
Although I had a reservation the table was not ready but we had a great table and food was wonderful.
Our server was really good. One in our party has allergies and she was very attentive too our needs. Will return soon.
We had a very tasty meal
Polcaris has suffered from slow service as long as I can remember. It’s too bad because the food is good and prices are reasonable.
Not happy! Purposely gave server $100 bill and asked to only put $75 on card. I was charged full bill and an extra $75. When I called was told to call back tomorrow’s once they are busy
Always good Italian food and huge portions. TV available to watch Patriots game.
Busy holiday night waiter attentive until near end. Food a bit salty but otherwise very tadty
Try the artichoke margherita appetizer. Fantastic.
We went early and it was fairly quiet and the 5 of us were able to speak in normal tones. The service was a little slower than we would have wanted. Big portions and good value. Chicken caesar salad was huge!
Simple place but not great food or decor- place dated - pizza not north end Reginas and a little pricy
Host and waitress were great. Unfortunately the food was just mediocre. Was disappointed. The pumpkin martini was not good. Tasted mostly the alcohol and hardly the pumpkin flavor. I will eat here again to try a different dish and just stick to wine.
We love Polcari’s and enjoy celebrating many family events there. Tuesday nights are especially great for families with young children.

Love Polcari's but this meal was a disaster, excuse after excuse and then the ticket was lost? Two and a half hour dinner! At least they comped the meals, but you would think maybe a drink refill or some salads or something from the waiter who needs more training as we were not he the only table frustrated.
Good food, good service, needs a bit if updating. Food portion size is enough for a whole family. Don’t be afraid to have an appetizer for your full meal.

We were the only ones there and had very bad service. Waitress was absent minded. May be a better experience with the right person. I actually felt bad and wanted to offer some training.
It was super hot in the restaurant as the air condition was not working. Made the overall experience bad as a result.

We were happy to reserve a table at Polcari’s for Father’s Day. We were seated on time and in a roomy booth. The bread and dipping oil was delicious. My husband’s shrimp scampi dish was good; my haddock was good although a bit overpriced. My daughter ordered the chicken cavatappi and the smoky flavor (from the cheese) was overpowering and unpleasant. Our waitress was very nice.
We are frequent diners at Polcari’s. Food and service are great with consistency from visit to visit.
We have been to Polcaris many times. The food is always very good, and the service is great. Its a good neighborhood restaurant with good prices and good quality food.
I understand it was a busy day, but the food was cold and server was pretty much absent after taking our order. This is not usually the case as we come here every year on Mothers day, but a disappointing visit this year. Maybe try somewhere else next year. Too bad bec pizza is usually the best around.
