   Very noisy group of people. Would have been nice if they had been isolated from the rest of the restaurant. Very difficult to have a conversation and very difficult to hear the wonderful music of Marc Bruner.

   The food was prepared in the most professional manner. The service by Tyler was was superb. The music by Marc Bruner was an excellent addition to the ambiance. All in all the experience was excellent.

   We had decided to order the crusted Halibut and wife wanted a Tenderloin Steak , we were told they didn’t have the Halibut and when the tenderloin arrived at table there wasn’t anything on plate except the steak no sides at all , we wasn’t told there weren’t sides with the Tenderloin.    I had a salad with salmon added. It was delicious. My friends had the Frenched Chicken and both said it was excellent. Polo Grill has been my "go-to" restaurant for special occasions for 40 years. I love it.

   Polo Grill is one of our favorites but we were surprised and disappointed this time. Reservation was for outside but they had a private event outdoors and seated us inside. Kind of messed up a special occasion.

    We reserved a table for two for our anniversary. We arrived on time and we’re promptly escorted to our table. We appreciated the quiet, cozy atmosphere and attentive staff. I ordered crab and lobster bisque and my wife ordered a salad for the first course. The second course was a ribeye and grilled chicken, and dessert was key lime pie and crème brûlée. Each course was prepared and served perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will be back again soon.

    Our waitress was excellent and thank goodness since gratuity was included. Many things were just over cooked! The calamari was like burnt critters, who over cooks calamari?? The steak I ordered medium and it was burnt, the lobsters were good, cocktails were ok, the seafood Pavarotti was mehhhh (not as good as usual) the pork chops were ok. After reading many reviews maybe you all are breaking in a new chef? There are many complaints about the food. Polo grill has a good thing don’t let it become another casualty like “Wild Fork” Hostess with the huge eyelashes could use some help, pretty dismal and rude.,

    The service and knowledge from our server was immaculate. The food was as described, if not better. The spacing of the food was well timed. It wasn’t overpriced and I felt everything was worth it, even the desert. Probably the best creme brûlée I’ve ever had. Great experience

    Mind blown! We probably will NOT be back after this experience. Fi st off my husband ordered a seafood dish that was supposed to be creamy, it came out like runny soup! Even the waitress said it normally doesn’t look like that. Then , he was asked if he wanted another dish and he then decided to get a medium-well cooked steak. When the steak came out, it was WELL done! Steak was so TOUGH and DRY, that my husband was having trouble cutting it. Our sweet waitress Emilia, sent the manager J.R. over. When J.R approached our table, first off to be a manager, had no care in the world. He sat there and pretty much argued with my husband telling him that it is medium well and he doesn’t SEE what my husband was talking about. He had my husband cut it in the middle, and it was as brown as could be NO PINK. J.R. Had the nerve to say there was NOTHING he could do. We then asked for the GENERAL MANAGER and she was SUPPOSEDLY too busy to come and speak to us. Wow!!! I and just MIND BLOWN for the supposed to FINE DINING restaurant!!! My husband planned a nice dinner for Mother’s Day and what an experience. With this type of service we will be sure to make it known to EVERYONE we know. Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but we were the ONLY black couple in the restaurant as well. I am in disbelief of this service we received last night!!! However, our waitress Emilia, was amazing. She was very tentative and she done everything she could to get the upper management to our table but of course UPPER MANAGEMENT is a JOKE at POLO GRILL!

    I have eaten here many times in the past. This was my first time back in a year and I was under impressed. I ordered too drinks from the bar and they only brought one. I had to remind the server two times to bring another for my fiancé. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and they brought out 3 shrimp instead of 5 and it took me asking two people for them to bring the extra shrimp. I ordered sparkling water that they kept it chilled for me behind the bar and I never got a refill until I finally asked to just keep the bottle at the table. I ordered my steak to be prepared medium rare and it came out very rare. My fiancé ordered her steak medium well and it came out butterflied and charred well done. We are not ones to complain and know that it can cause tension with the server so we suffered through the entrees. The service was just not up to standards with what I am used to here. I found myself asking the server over and over for things which then made me feel like I was annoying the server and did not want to complain and cause any issues. In the past I had not had these issues and it has always been one of my favorite steak houses. I am hesitant to give it another try but maybe i will get better service not sitting in the booths by the bar and in the dinning area instead.

    We have eaten at the bar at Polo Grill many times, usually ordering from the bar menu, and have always had a good experience. We did not have a good experience when we had dinner for four in the lounge area. Service was extremely slow despite the fact that the restaurant was not crowded. I ordered my steak medium well, but it came medium rare. We lived in California for nearly 20 years and consider ourselves fairly knowledgeable on California wines. There was nothing that we recognized on the wine list. We didn't order wine. The guitar player was more annoying than entertaining. He seemed to be just plinking on strings. It was not a good night.

    Food as great and the table service was great. Consistently good food. Love coming here for both small and large parties. Didn’t give 5 stars because we made the reservation on Open Table and when we arrived they “didn’t have our reservation”. We were still seated but on a tiny bar table.

    We went for Sunday Brunch on Easter and due to nice weather, we sat outside on the patio with our 2 Cocker Spaniels. The service was great and so was the food. They brought a water bowl for our dogs! I highly recommend.
