Incredible place to share company and a meal!! Highly recommend. The outside shelters are so fun!!

We were able to eat indoors and had the dining room to ourselves. Toasty, warm and safe. We are 2 couples who were celebrating 65th birthdays for one person from each couple.
The service was excellent, and as we came at 2 o'clock, we were not pressured to leave. The food was excellent, as usual.

Thoroughly enjoyed our birthday lunch in our very own "Greenhouse". Food was excellent and service was outstanding. A great SAFE way to celebrate a special occasion.

Lunched with another couple in a "greenhouse". Quite unique way to deal with Covid. We were quite comfortable. Our server did an excellent job and the food was very good. Will definitely be returning.

This was our only restaurant evening meal that hasn’t been takeout during COVID. We were disappointed not to be in a green house which I think I requested when I booked online weeks in advance for my husband’s birthday. Apparently you have to call to book a greenhouse - so that was my fault. We had a propane heater that ran out of fuel while we were eating on the porch so it was never providing its full potential while we ate. Although dressed for the outdoors I was chilled - will definitely return next winter and hope they are still using the greenhouses. My other comment would be that I think the menu hasn’t changed much in years.

Wonderful experience! We were also staying at this B&B, so it was lovely just to be able to go downstairs to the dining area for the great food and friendly service.

In spite of Covid times on a cold fall night, we had a heater nearby and a wonderful meal, with great service. The food was spot on including the calamari with is difficult to hit perfection, and they did so well. Highly recommended!

The food is amazing. The service is excellent. The only disappointment was that I had booked an outdoor dining pod, but they were full. It would also be nice to hear music.

Dining in a greenhouse at the Puddicombe House was magical. The space was cozy and warm and the food and service were excellent.

Reserved a green house and told on arrival it wasn’t available. One sat empty while we sat at a poorly serviced table on the porch. The green house was empty throughout our meal and still empty when we left. It spoiled our experience and desire to return.

We were lucky enough to be able to sit outside, and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The food was delicious, and the portions fairly large.
I had the braised short ribs with pappardelle. Excellent.

Very cool little greenhouses to sit in. Was warm cozy and felt special. Had the Stromboli which was amazing. Daughter had the calamari she said it was great. Pablo crusted ravioli appetizer was good. Sincerely a great experience

Love this restaurent, the best in the area. Staff is top notch and food is to die for. They always work hard had being innovative in their ideas. A must try if you have never been.

To say we where disappointed is an understatement.

For the price the food was terrible.

My wife had bruscetta, very thin, hard slices of bread with tomatoes thrown on top for 12 dollars.

I had calamari that was ok considering it came out of a frozen package for 14 dollars.

We both had Braised beef shortribs. A small piece of meat, no bone, brown sauce on top. 2 1/2 fingerling potatoes on top of a white sauce. A cold slice of a long mushroom along with a cold, undercooked brocoli spear that was more stem than top. Cold marinated onion slices. $28.00, says 26 on the web site !

The palce looked tired with very few customers for a Friday night.

Will never go back nor recommend.

Well worth the price considering the portions were great, the ingredients fresh and seasonal, and both the pizza and cornish hen we had were delicious. Atmosphere was lovely with heaters and excellent service on the veranda. We ate there for an anniversary dinner, and would 100% go back.

A great/luxurious base for the fall colours, and Stratford theatre.

Our server, Emma, was fantastic in her knowledge of food and wine. On her recommendation, I selected the penne with chorizo sausage and creme sauce. Excellent! I shared calamari with my dining companion who also enjoyed her deep fried ravioli. We savoured every minute of our dining experience in the Italian design homestead.

Food was fantastic! Fresh ingredients and piping hot upon delivery to table. Server respected we were having a “girls catch up dinner” and was more than understanding, not rushing us at all. Would love to return during patio season as it looks beautiful!

This place was so beautiful and staff was beyond friendly. The food was amazing!!!
We ordered the deep fried ravioli which was super crisp on the outside and dipping sauce was perfect. We also ordered the Italian chicken wings. They were superb and even my husband who isn't much of a chicken wing connoisseur, love them. Next we had the puddicomb za pizza... so good! I haven't had a good pizza like this in a while. My hubby had the handheld chicken parm sandwich and he was quite pleased with it too. The drinks were the only thing that could maybe be improved upon. My hubby ordered the gin and vermouth and he had a hard time with it, not the greatest. I ordered a gin and tonic which is my go to and I didn't care for it either so guessing maybe the gin is what wasn't so good. Ordered a mojito and it was tasty but only because it tasted like a lemonade. Couldn't get much of the mint taste in it. We didn't order dessert as we were pretty full but I could see it on other people's tables and they looked lovely.

Every time we’ve eaten at Puddlecombes, we’ve also had amazing meals and great service. We can’t wait to go back!

We ate indoors in a small dining room socially distanced from other tables. The food was excellent and the service perfect. The restaurant did it's best to keep us safe while still giving us the service required.

Wine menu was pricey but otherwise all good. Will definitely be back
