Quartier Restaurant is set in the stunning rooftop club Eight Members' Club Moorgate with outside dining on the terraces. The club's entrance can be found on Dysart Street from where you ascend in the glass lift directly to the club's main reception.


Quartier on the club's first floor gives diners a panoramic view of the City whilst enjoying refined dishes from the contemporary menu created by Executive Chef Daniel Cunin.


The restaurant is ideal for both afternoon business lunches and serene evening dinners with the option to enjoy the wraparound terrace before and after dining.

    A bit of a find this. Lovely, quiet outside terrace at the 8 Moorgate private members club. Non-members can eat here though. Bit tricky to find in a back street near Moorgate and then you have to pass reception and go up in a lift. But the food…wow. It’s really good. On a par with West End fine dining I’d say. Beautifully prepared and presented with good fish options especially. Service was very nice if a tad slow at times but overall really impressed. Just a little pricey but in this case you do get what you pay for.

    Hidden on the 8th floor in a classy atmosphere. We tried the 7 course tasting menu with a glass of Champagne. Beautifully presented, delicious food. The list was left for us on the table hence we were able to see what is the next although each serving was introduced by the waitress too. Option was avialable to swap for vegiterian version.

    Good food and service and pleasant if quiet ambiance. Main problem is actually finding the restaurant! It is on the eighth floor and entrance at street level refers to a member's club, with no reference whatsoever to the restaurant name! We spent 10 minutes looking for the restaurant and were on the point of giving up when we went into the club to ask for directions, to find it was there. Some mention of this on the booking form would be helpful to say the least - the directions simply give the address which is no help at all.

    Just brilliant. I love that the restaurant is so elegant and quiet. Service is attentive without being overbearing. Music is at a nice ambient background level. Food was exceptional. Highly recommended.

    After specifically booking this restaurant for its outdoor tables, we arrived to be told that the outdoor section was closed. Basically, they lied. So we ate in the corner to remain socially distant. Will not be going back, and will tell my friends to avoid.

    Unfortunately it is quite difficult to find the restaurant as doesnt say quartier outside it comes under eight moorgate members club.then you go into a reception with a slightly cordial welcome!and up into a lift.their was a large party in there dont know wether because of this service was a bit hit and miss several things had to be asked for.however when the food came it was superb off a nice set menu .the manager kindly gave us an extra glass of champagne each which eased the wait times scenario.nice terrace to sit out .

    Don't bother! We went for the £35 deal and were glad we didn't pay full price. Even for £35 it was very disappointing. Food was edible at best - I had the sea bass on a bed of aubergine and both were extremely oily and lacked flavour (as did the starter). Nothing tasted fresh. The service also was not great - the server couldn't tell me what the amuse bouche was and had to go check with the kitchen, and they took far too long to serve our wine (we sat with empty glasses and an unopened bottle for at least 15 mins). The starter was brought before we'd even had a chance to finish our bread/amuse bouche. There was no ambience at all - restaurant had 3 tables occupied on a Friday night and no music or anything to at least provide some atmosphere. Overall not a good experience.

    Great food and wonderful service, once a problem with a booking amendedment on the phone that wasn't transfered to the digital booking was sorted. It was very quiet which is understandable for the city during times when many people aren't at their offices, which suited us nicely, although I'm sure when things pick up this will be a venue where getting a table will be tricky. They were incredibly accommodating with our one wheelchair user and everyone in our party had an excellent time. I'll definitely be back. Many thanks to all there.

    A spontaneous but wonderful decision! We were greeted at the concierge, and guided to the restaurant on the 8th floor. The waitress was so friendly and had wonderful recommendations. The food was simply beautiful and tasted exquisite. I highly recommend the desserts!

    Food was delicious. Service impeccable. It was very empty because of it being mid week, early in the day and COVID but it was really enjoyable. Would love to go back. Highly recommended. The venue is beautiful.

    Was really lovely on the outside terrace. I was taking my boyfriends parents for dinner and it hit the vibe perfectly. Service was a little slow but this was at the beginning of lockdown easing when we had to eat outside so the staff were probably still finding their feet. Still very friendly and lovely food
