It took about 1 hour to get our entrees after we ordered. So we sat with an empty table for quite some time and no visit from the server. We had someone else find her. Busy but not that busy.
Food was bland and tasteless ,,,, hotel food and very expensive
Our table was at the edge of your outdoor deck which wasn't ideal for ambiance.
There were no vegetarian main entree choices which was disappointing; I am mostly vegetarian but after inquiring about the tofu as an entree option, I was disuaded to order it.
I chose the oxtail dish which I couldn't eat since the meat was not suptious in the least.
We also felt that although the other dishes were well presented, the overall bill did not reconcile our experience.
I wish I could say otherwise as the staff was delightful.

There were some servers being trained perhaps, but we were still pretty well attended, and the food was excellent, though the octopus was kinda skimpy, barely 4 bites, but tasty.
Great location and setting. Great food and wine. Slow service.

CLEAN OR DIRTY:
Beautiful setting and beautiful design. The waiter was great. Unfortunately the food is pricey for what it is and it was just ok. Nothing special about the food. It's the view that makes it worth going to.
Food took a while to come and was just OK.
Had brunch at 4 Saints and everything was outstanding. The Bloody Mary, burrata salad, and sliders were delicious. The staff was fantastic and the views incredible. We’ll defiantly be returning during our next Palm Springs get-away. Hoping to stay at The Rowan too. Beautiful hotel and a great location.
Watch out for overcharging! Rooftop location is nice, but food is pretty average and beware of bill padding in addition into the already high prices. Several items we ordered had very different prices in the bill than on the menu. Octopus is listed on the menu at $19, we were charged $25. Bread is on the menu for $5, our bill said $6., etc. This is firstly, illegal, but also a terrible practice to take advantage of tourists who may not notice the rampant overcharging. When we brought the overcharges to our server’s attention, we were told ‘sorry about that’ and the prices were corrected, but her response clearly indicated to us that this was a standard practice. Definitely would not return and advise others not to go.
Great Modern American food - was expecting more of a view of Palm Springs. Only a few certain tables seem to have a view
Food was nice. Great atmosphere and vibe. Everything we ate was delicious. Could use more vegetarian entrees
Oysters were not shucked properly and had shell partIcles contained therein! Chicken dish was so dry that it could not be cut. $70 bottle of wine was past drinkable and we simply did not drink it, left it behind. Waiter was either oblivious to disastrous meal or didn’t care.
Noisy, ugly décor, zero ambiance, terrible lighting, we like to dine slowly but the waiting was absurd, food average and prices high.
Wonderful experience at 4 Saints. We aren't always keen on hotel restaurants, but this one was tremendous. Steak and Veal were both delicious. Great cocktails in a fun, trendy environment.
It was ok! The food was good the service was a bit sparse. We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary and it wasn’t super memorable.
The ambiance was gorgeous all the hanging lanterns really set a beautiful mood!!
We had an excellent dinner at 4 Saints. We have eaten at many restaurants in Palm Springs and 4 Saints is our favorite. The service, food, presentation, decor, view, is all top notch. The menu is inventive and everything is cooked to perfection. They have a good selection of wines by the glass and my gin cocktail was very tasty but not too sweet. The entree portions are satisfying without being overwhelming so there is actually room for dessert. My husband had a very tender veal entree and my salmon was tasty and moist, but cooked through. Perfect! The strawberry shortcake was wonderful. I highly recommend 4 Saints for a special evening out.
I was really looking forward to trying this new restaurant but was disappointed in the noise level and club atmosphere for fine dining. It was too loud to hold a conversation and too dark to even read the menu! I wasn’t able to finish my meal and asked for it to be boxed up but the waiter never returned with it which probably meant it ended up in the trash can. We didn’t have time to wait for a replacement entree to be prepared for us. I doubt I’ll be going back unfortunately 😏
Birthday - just expected more -
Food was weak and boring
We were looking forward to our evening but admittedly requested a better table than what had been provided. A 20 minute wait turned into an hour. Our waitress was very nice but we did feel like she disappeared for long stretches. Food was good - but just that. Over all just an ok experience. We'll stick to the roof deck and bar.
Food was mediocre at best.
It’s just not what you would think you would experience
At a Kimpton property.
Our food was so overly salted we could not even eat it.
The food, service, view and ambience were first rate and a delightful experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Palm Springs.
We were seated outside at sunset, and the view/evening was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend server Harrison, who is probably one of the best servers we've experienced in the desert for the last 20 years! For all the controversy over this property's construction, well done city of Palm Springs for allowing this fabulous hotel and restaurant be added to our favorite vacation city!!
First of all the restaurant was so cold from blasting AC my husband wanted to leave and find another restaurant. It took a while for the staff to make an adjustment. A young lady even brought me a blanket which was appreciated. The meal was alright but we expected a better menu and were not enthralled by the food. My husband liked his appetizer, octopus (too little of it), and I did enjoy the smoked salmon. Then my husband had an oxtail dish with pasta, which was just OK. I tasted it and did not like it. He finished with cheese and I with crème brûlée served in 4 minuscule glass containers, which left me with a feeling of “not enough”. The service was alright. We ended up with a big bill and a feeling of disappointment. We would not go back.
The service was very good. The setting was beautiful. The food was excellent. My only complaints are that the two-tops are too big. I felt like I was sitting in the other room, I was so far away from my fiance. The other thing was the music. I don't feel like club music is the right choice for a fine dining restaurant. It's just a constant thumping that does nothing to add to the dining experience other than being annoying.
Our 3rd time back and this place has gone down hill. The service was terrible and the food was significantly worse than last time. It’s too bad because Palm Spring’s needed a place like this to be successful.
Gorgeous views, delicious food.
Great service and food. Views are perfect for Palm Springs
Really poor service, the food seemed as though it had spoiled.
Food was bland, some very salty. Beautiful ambiance.
Excellent service from Harrison as usual. The most beautiful food and experience. One of my favorite places to have a special night with friends.
Wonderful evening. The food as always was exceptional. The waiter was lovely. The sommelier very knowledgeable and personable and witty.
The restaurant aesthetic is good but the energy is low. The food is amazing but the service is lacking.
Great service and a nice creative menu.
Amazing foodie experience from every aspect! This might be one of our new favorites. The food is fantastic, the service is personable and comfortable and the views are not to be outdone. Harrison and Daniel are terrific. Don’t think twice about making this one of your go-to places.
The food and drinks were good, but I wouldn’t say they were overly interesting or exciting. It was definitely some of the best we had in Palm Springs, but doesn’t really compare to what you can find in a larger city. The staff and setting were lovely!
Lovely dinner spot for first night in Palm Springs. Food was great and server was knowledgeable and recommended perfect wine pairings.
For the food and views only! We were disappointed with the service in both the bar as well as the waitress on our table.
Beautiful space that is thoughtfully designed, trendy modern chic vibe, with amazing views of the mountains and region. The Mexican omelette was a unique take and mix of foods and cultures while the Belgian waffle may have been arguably the best I’ve ever had. Service was also top notch. Can’t recommend 4 Saints enough!
