ACQUOLINA: Mouth-Watering.

Acquolina is an informal, yet elegant Trattoria & Pizzeria where you will find fine food and a fun atmosphere! We strive to provide an authentic Italian experience from plate, to glass, to environment. Please eat, drink, and enjoy! Our expansive menu, extensive wine list, and over 1000 liquor labels, and warm service team will give you a place to return to and share with friends and family.

Open nightly for takeout 5:00pm till Close. See you soon!

Acquolina outdoor patio, located along the restaurant sidewalk. Umbrellas with lighting and a comfortable spacing between tables.

PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor reservations are for OUTSIDE only, there is NO GAURANTEE to move inside even in the case of rain.

Reservation can be cancelled due to rain or an option will be presented for indoor dining depending on availability.

Outstanding food , drinks and service. GF pizza and GF pasta continues to wow as does the lychee martini!!

It is Aspen, so the value that you get is going to be on the lower side. $15 for a side of spinach is criminal anywhere but Aspen. My bigger complaint is that several dishes we ordered, from the butternut squash soup, to the pumpkin ravioli, and even the side of spinach was overly salted. I love a sautéed spinach with some garlic and pepper, a hint of salt is fine. But this tasted like someone dumped the entire salt shaker in the preparation of this. Neither me or my wife could finish our sides. And, as if they almost knew something was off, no one bothered to ask us how things were as we wrapped up. Kudos on the Colorado trout, the cibatta and the burrata. Wine was also delicious. Ease up on the salt (Coloradans try to be healthy, ya know!) and it's a 5/5.

We do take your comments about the seasoning seriously. Hearing that it affected multiple dishes and that no one checked in as you wrapped up is important feedback and we will absolutely share it with our kitchen and service team. We appreciate your graciousness in noting what worked alongside what did not, and we hope to welcome you and your wife back for an evening that earns that 5 star across the board!

Aqualina was a great experience for us. We were looking for a really great food in a relaxed atmosphere and we found it. The manager was super friendly The special truffle menu was a great surprise. Aquilina combines a great family atmosphere with a upscale couples date night atmosphere

The bufflala mozzerlla is my favorite appetizer here. they have great gluten free bread and knowledgeable staff about cross contamination

My wife’s ravioli was excellent. My linguini with mixed seafood was not good. Watery tomato sauce, terrible muscles, and very little flavor. I’ve had other good dishes there before, but my meal was very disappointing.
