   Food was good. Would be nice if there was a more reasonably priced good Chardonnay by the bottle offered, instead of having to pay $105 for a bottle that is normally $65-80 else where.

    What a disappointment. We started with a margarita pizza and tuna tartare. Pizza tasted like a frozen cheese pizza from the grocery store. Tuna was tasteless. Bucatini and ravioli for our pastas. Bucatini sauce must have come from same grocery store as the pizza. The ravioli, “stuffed with veal and ricotta” included bland veal and NO ricotta. We chose to forego a bottle of wine because prices were outrageous and selection mediocre. There has to be better Italian food in Aspen for half the price.

    The food and our server were fantastic! The menu is excellent with many delicious options. It’s a new favorite! We have tried many of the items on the menu and all are excellent-no disappointments. There’s something for everyone!

    Excellent food (linguini and clams and spaghetti and meatballs) and outstanding service by Server Leo. Recommendation to owner: we almost went elsewhere since website and description didn't include full bar, which we prefer. Only wine is mentioned in the description. Add full bar to your description!

    This was a fun and causal dining experience! Great yummy food, and very nice service! Every single item we ordered we loved. Best flavors and the music isn’t too loud-well balanced so we could visit. You won’t be disappointed!!

    Took our class of 2022 Aspen High grand daughter for a celebratory dinner following ceremony. Everything could not have been better. Food was superb, staff great. A wonderful time had by all.

    We’ve been here for years but not the last two years. The maitre D was great. The sommelier was great. The waitress kept intruding during diner. A server also. The music was loud at 8:30 and we asked to lower the volume so we could talk. It was not lowered. At 9:30 the music was changed to rap and very loud. We asked for other music and less loud. The response was @that table wants it@. The table left. Only two tables occupied at 9:40. Music was turned up so loud we couldn’t talk. Waitress asked us about dessert. We said let us finish our wine and food. And lower the music. She ignored our request and cleared other tables. My guest got very upset. He is a local and known to your manager. He threatened to cross out our 20% tip. We left feeling the evening was ruined by the noise that we guessed was a policy to get the last few tables to leave. Don Smith. 405.833.1221

    The food was good and I think maybe the restaurant is getting the smart about lowered noise level while dining and at least a little better space between the tables. Used to be horrendous. Of course prices are still ridiculous - hope there are some off season specials for locals...

    The gluten free pasta was so undercooked it was inedible. I told the server and he said it was just Al dente. I tried eating some but eating hard pasta for $34 is so disappointing. I watched the server scrape the pasta into the garbage. He made no effort to apologize, compensate me, or replace the pasta. Super disappointed. My partner ordered the ravioli and he said it was also so bland. Just tasted like plain butter.

    I always enjoy myself at Acquolina. I am never disappointed (only when I can’t get a table!) The staff is professional and knowledgeable and is helpful making recommendations whether it’s a wine or entree…or desert. The quality of the food and the presentation are superb, as is the flavor. The consistency of the offerings is also impressive. I always recommend your restaurant because it is one of my most favorite in the Valley. Thank you, or should I say, Grazie Mille!
