   The food is out of this world!! The choices/variety of meats blew me away, each new skewer that left a sample on my table just kept getting better!! I highly recommend the Heart of Palm sauce!! The best meat, at least to me, was beef rib, so tender it was like 8 hour cooked brisket!! and the bits of crispy bits, captured the grill smoke and spices perfectly!

   The service was unbelievably fantastic! Restaurant was super clean, management came around several times to check in on us. It was a fabulous experience! The food was indescribably delicious!

   Food was great! We actually had to switch to red because the meat was coming out so quickly we had to stop it in order to catch up. I would say this is better than Texas de Brazil

   Exceptional food and service!!!!! By far the best Brazilian steak house I've been to in quite a while. The service was 5-star. Food was outstanding. I will definitely go back again with friends.

   The overall experience was good for all three adults in our party. There are decent options to accompany the meats and chicken. They do, of course, slow roll the better cuts and offer the lesser cuts often to fill you up. They have a system. We did request the filet and ribeye a couple of times and eventually it came out and the quality and flavor was good. The staff was very friendly the whole time we just had to "wait them out". I would recommend Gaucha. They seem to have fewer options than the other Brazilian steakhouses but the service and quality certainly was comparable or better.

   Wonderful experience. Anna the hostess was more than gracious.she made us feel like we were in her family’s kitchen having dinner. Everyone was great including the owner. The food was so delicious and so much of it. When in Orlando we will definitely be dinning here again. Overall experience was fantastic!

   Overall great experience. The staff and food was excellent. Lots of variety at the buffet. Wish the meat was prepared on charcoal grill for authentic Brazilian. However, love that meat is freshly carved at table. Grilled pineapple taste like candy!

   I've been to many Brazilian rodiozios (steakhouses), in various countries and cities. This place ranks up there with the best - excellent selection, great quality, very good service, and reasonably priced for all that great food. I would definitely recommend, and go again!

    It’s a beautifully designed restaurant with an excellent service and staff. The buffet salad and spread were superb and were enough for someone who doesn’t want the meat like our mother. The grilled meat selections were delicious and properly prepared so that the medium rare meat were cooked as such. We’ll go again! Our experience was truly pleasant!

    The food was outstanding and the staff was very attentive. We never had to ask for water or for food. In fact if you don’t turn over the card to red, you will get too much food! Place was amazing and Carlos was as well. Will be visiting again.

    It was much better than I expected, I would totally go back again! My only issue is that sometimes the meat was a little too salty for me, but they listen and tried to fix the problem.

    What an AMAZING Experience. We were looking for something different to try and we were able to snag a reservation here and we were so happy we did. The food and selection were great, our server and the entire staff were excellent. I can't wait for our next trip to Orlando to dine here again.

    From the moment we arrived until we left our service was top notch! The Food was delicious, the value for the quality and quantity was outstanding! They even went a step further and brought me a congratulatory flan to celebrate with my family. Definitely a must to go there if you’re in Orlando! Kudos to the staff! Made me feel extra special for my special day!

    Overall, it was a great experience. The place and ambience were nice. Staff was also very professional. Only one minor thing. On the reservation, it said it was a bday special occasion, however no one sang happy. Birthday. We didn’t say it when we came in thinking they knew since it was on the reservation. Otherwise, it was a great time. Will definitely come back.
