the worst service i’ve ever had in my entire life. there was 5 of us, we weren’t greeted for 24 minutes. every time we wanted something we had to ask, even water, or food, or more drinks. we were even told at one point (after having to find the server mind you) that we couldn’t order bc they were “too backed up”. our imperial espresso martini took half and hour and im not even exaggerating. on top of that we had to pay a 20% service charge for non existent service. i don’t even want to put it all on the servers tho bc one wasn’t even a server and it was the bartenders like 3rd day and they were trying their best, and they were soooo nice. don’t even come and support this company they obviously don’t care about their customers and even worse they obviously don’t care about their employees.

Hi Gwyneth, We’re genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. That said, we would like to clarify a few factual points. After reviewing our security footage, we confirmed that your party was seated immediately upon arrival and did not wait 24 minutes to be seated, as stated in your review. Your reservation was for five guests, but only two guests arrived initially. Two more joined approximately 20 minutes later, and the fifth guest arrived about an hour after the reservation time. Because your party arrived in stages, our team had to return several times to take additional orders rather than placing one complete order, which naturally affected service during one of the busiest nights of the long weekend while we were already short-staffed. I came back to this restaurant after my last review, and I must say I am very happy with my experience here! The restaurant owner listened to my suggestions and changed the fries. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. This is no doubt a neighborhood gem!

The staff were friendly and the food and drinks were done perfectly. We had a party of 8 which they did a great job accommodating !

Alice is an amazing restaurant! We went for the steak and frites and they were so delicious! Loved sitting outside in the patio, they have a shelter over head, so it was perfect, since it was a sunny but windy day! I would highly recommended this place!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I ordered fries, and they arrived burnt on the outside while still raw on the inside, making them inedible. To make matters worse, there was condensation dripping from the ceiling directly onto my food while I was eating. I was still charged full price for this. Food quality and cleanliness should be basic standards at any restaurant, and neither was met during my visit. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend dining here based on my experience.

Ordered a medium rare tomahawk steak and came out well done , server was amazing and very apologetic (not his fault at all) and then they ran out of the tomahawk so decided to send out 3 regular steaks but once again they came out well done . Very disappointed, I had heard such good things about Alice . The server was so sweet and kind and covered our bottle of wine , just disappointing that the kitchen wasn’t able to cook the steak the way we asked twice.
