Not a very clean environment.Bathrooms, dining area all could use a good deep cleaning. Crumbs and sticky everywhere.

I know it’s Franklin Tn. But food was priced incredibly high, we didn’t like most of what we got. Roasted chicken was bland, roasted vegetables had zero seasoning, hot Apple cider served in a plastic cup, burger was good, fish okay, salad was okay. Nothing great. Drove over two hours to bring my daughter and friends to something pink and Christmasy, made reservations but that wasn’t for the Dolly Parton part, It was a wasted day that cost close to two hundred dollars. The server was great. Sadly you would be better off at a chain and I hate saying that. I know it’s a Taphouse so maybe just get drinks.

After arriving early for a 6:30pm reservation , our party waited 20 minutes or more before being told there would be no more seatings for at least 40 minutes or more. Very disappointing , very u professional to make us wait well past our reservation and then tell us we could not be seated .

The waitstaff was great, My friends burger and our fries were all quite good. I ordered the Italian dip, and while it had good flavor, the sliced beef was pretty dried out and the crispy onions were tough to bite through, almost as if the sandwich fillings had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I still ate it, but it could have been fresher.

Horrible and a big waste of money. Food is subpar, with high pricing. Service was atrocious and slow. Employees couldn’t care less whether you are there or not, absolutely terrible service. Don’t waste time/money by going here. Tons of better food options in Franklin, TN, coming from a resident of 7 years.

We made a reservation as we had heard about the Christmas pop-up there. It was not made clear that the pop-up was separate from the restaurant. We were dissapointed to be seated away from it. The server was kind but completely overwhelmed by the full house, and told us about it. I didn't blame her, it was packed and they were clearly understaffed - it wasn't her fault and she did her best. It was VERY loud, and service took forever.
