Our menu is a tribute to shared history with Moorish influence, blending the bold, sun-drenched flavors of Andalusian cuisine with the vibrant ingredients of Puerto Rico, locally and sustainably sourced. From the prized azafrán of Spain to the comforting sofrito of Puerto Rico, each dish tells the story of a culinary journey rooted in centuries of cultural exchange.

Available Wednesday through Sunday. An immersive dining experience perfect for date nights, special celebrations, or gathering with family and friends; centered around creativity, storytelling, and refined hospitality.

If Andaluz isn’t my favorite restaurant, it’s definitely one of my favorites. Every visit is consistently outstanding—from the warm hospitality and impeccable service to the exceptional food. The flavors are authentic, the ingredients are fresh, and every dish is beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, making it perfect for any occasion. I highly recommend Andaluz to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. I’ll definitely be back again and again! Chef Jose and waitress Paola did a great job!!

Creative plating and good taste. The service was excellent and the ambience wonderful. The music was a little loud making it a bit difficult for table conversation, but they adjusted it down when we asked.

We had the pan de rabo and the pasta de jueyes, both of which were very unexpected and had some of the most interesting flavors we’ve had in a San Juan restaurant in quite some time.
