Annie Bailey’s never disappoints and they have creatively adapted to the COVID environment. So glad to still be able to enjoy a meal at a favorite place!
Our server (Ashley) was amazing and so was the food.
Visiting Lancaster for a weekend getaway. Due to coronavirus, there is limited seating in restaurants. The restaurant has done a great job of ensuring safety. They were adhering to the 25% capacity. They also provided sufficient social distancing space for customers. Oh yeah and the food was awesome! The Reuben was a special and it was delish!
It was a great meal with excellent service. The cheese steak egg roll appetizer was very good.
I always love Annie Baileys and this time was no different! Wonderful food, great service, and a nice ambiance. I will absolutely be back.
Server was fantastic, will definitely be back soon.
Service was excellent by our server Carly. She is attentive and friendly. The food was good. Our favorite was the nachos with waffle fries. My cocktail, the Something Something Monkey, was awesome for a summer evening.
Amazing food and service was great! The ambiance outside on the back patio is so fun.
Amazing food and amazing service!!! Our waiter Gio was extremely helpful and super friendly! We had the nachos, the burger and the hot chicken sandwich. All were full of flavor and amazing!
Safe place to dine with physical distancing. Screening at entry included temperature reading. Attentive service. Menu included meatless options.
Nice find in downtown Lancaster. The food was good, the prices were reasonable, we had great service, and while it was hot the outside dining area was cute, safe, and quiet. We felt very safe in these pandemic times. Kudos to the staff and especially Jill!
They are supporting the xtra demands of COVID-19 with great care and concern. I appreciate their efforts. Still a great place to come and enjoy the ambiance.
We had a wonderful girls weekend and a great dinner at Annie’s!
This is the second time we ate there during the pandemic. Great place to eat. We have always dined at Annie baileys and always enjoy our time there and the food. Will continue to go back.
Great dinner with excellent service in a very safe feeling space.
We had a wonderful experience, great service! We felt like all precautions were taken for a clean and safe environment. Food was delicious.
What a fun outside space! We felt totally safe during COVID-19 times, and the staff members were wonderful. Great food and reasonable prices.
We dined outside this visit. Had the fish and chips. It was outstanding.
We initially planned to eat outside since we were celebrating but rain moved us in. It was still wonderful, we definitely missed this place! Our server, Geo, was absolutely great!
Our waitress Amanda took great care of our group. The restaurant took appropriate measures to combat the Coronavirus. I will be back!
Great atmosphere, great service. Loved the whipped ricotta appetizer !
Although it was super hot, our server provided great service and kept us well hydrated. Always a good time at Annie’s!
We were in Lancaster for the weekend and our hotel recommended Annie Bailey's. It was kid friendly and had a diverse menu. The restaurant did a spectacular job following CDC guidelines with plexiglass barriers at bars and between tables. We enjoyed outdoor dining and had our own private area. Our server, Jill, was outstanding and I know how tough it must be for them to wear masks all day! I highly recommend this place.
Our first time our since COVID and didn't know what to expect. They had everything very organized and clean, and partishions between each dining area. Our server was a good sport as she had to wear a face mask and gloves in 90+ degree weather (we were outside).
Food was good as usual, and the service is good as ever even in spite of the current times we are in.
Asked for outside and got stuck at a table inside where it was extremely loud
Hostess was rude even though we had a reservation. She said we needed to wait an hour more even though the restaurant looked half empty. Our experience was ruined from the get go and the food was not stellar to make up for it. Very disappointing.
Serving cocktails in Dixie cups...not
Doing a nice job despite the challenges
They did a great job at making sure they were clean and not touching anything!
First time there and first time out in a while due to the Coronavirus shutdowns, but overall a very good experience with the Irish pub style and friendly staff. The food was amazing, I will definitely be getting their Shepard's Pie again and the Irish Nachos are a hearty twist on traditionally topped chips.
Website said only patio dining was open, that is the main reason I reserved a table. When we arrived inside dining was open and we were told there were no tables available outside. We had no real option but to dine inside as we would not have been able to find an alternative. Having said that the food and service were good. All staff wearing masks and screens set up between tables.
BEWARE: Additional charge added to every bill!!!
My wife and I had a lovely dinner in their outside area. The phil-steak egg rolls were great and the fish and chips was enough to split.
Nice selection of IPA but having Guinness on draft was a perfect beer in an Irish bar.
NOTE: A charge labeled "TFB Cares" is an additional 1% they presumably REQUIRE everyone to pay. Our server explained it helps cover the cost of free food to first responders the owner does. I believe in helping those you give so much.
BUT, this should be offered to guests and NOT added to bills without explanation. I personally would have given more but not when it is slid into the bill :-).
Our objective is not to slip in the bill, it is also stated on our menus so that the guests are aware of the 1% charge. The program is not for first responders although we have provided meals for those individuals in the past. The focus of the program is to help those most in need in our community. Due to the difficulties resulting from Covid-19, we cannot do it ourselves and have decided to crowdsource the funds from our guests. Please visit our TFB Hospitality website for more information.
Great food and service and very safe with COVID precautions
I thought the Caesar salad would be a meal but it was so small and had barely any flavor.
Ordered two different featured drinks, the passion fruit margarita and some spiked lemonade drink. Neither was good. It was like drinking sour seltzer water.
Under the current conditions they did a wonderful job. I felt safe eating inside the restaurant. The server was fantastic. They were speeding with our drinks in our food came out without delay. I appreciate the barriers between the tables. Look forward to going back.
The service is great, the ambience wonderfully busy but chill, and the cheesesteak egg rolls to die for! I will definitely be going back soon!
The prices of food and beer have gone up a big amount while the portions have gotten smaller and the food was dry and lacking flavor. Mixed drink tasted like carbonated soap and sugar. Just wasnt the awesome Annie baileys we used to love eating at.
The only thing I would recommend is making sure you have indoor/outdoor to choose from. On the Open Table app. We thought we were eating outside but ended up inside. It all worked out in the end and the staff was apologetic!
There was a pincher bug in my salad. The management handled it horribly when I brought this to my waitresses attention. Unfortunately after the way that the staff handled the dead bug in my salad (they tried to blame the outside but it was clearly there long before it was on my table) I will not be able to go back.
The staff was very attentive and seemed to be trained very well. The food was absolutely excellent, best I’ve had in Lancaster even before Covid. Social distancing was spot on, everyone seemed very comfortable. Loved the experience, thanks to our waitress Carley!
