Taylor Eichler, the Manager was wonderful. Attentive and concerned everything was perfect. Waiter was a sweetheart too.
The the food and service was very good. What we found to be an excellent experience was what happened afterwards. My wife accidentally left her purse on the back of her chair. When she called the next morning they had the purse and everything was exactly how she left it. Thank you.
We arrived on time for our 7PM reservation but were told that they don't take reservations and we would have a 30 minute or more wait because other people had simply walked in and they were in the wait list ahead of us. These other people DID NOT have reservations.
Isn't this the entire point of the OpenTable RESERVATION system?
They actually do not take reservations so we had to wait for a table. Food was great.
My family’s experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was not crowded and service was extremely slow, especially the wait time to receive our orders. Our pizza came out lukewarm. But our entrees came out hot. Server was nowhere to be found to ask for grated cheese or anything else. I won’t be running back.
Normally, when we go it's very loud, but it's run well and they get people in and out quickly. This Saturday, I'm betting most of the people were new. We had reservations, and when we arrived 1 customer was in front of us, and had been standing when we arrived. The 2 hostesses seemed very confused as to how to seat her, and then eventually came back and said that with a large party there would be a wait (fine). They never acknowledged me (standing behind her) until I said "I'm not with her, and we have reservations. Then they seemed confused as to where to seat me and had to have a several minute conversation between the 2 of them about it (despite there being multiple open tables). The drinks took a while to come out, and the waitress (while very sweet), seemed new. She didn't ask us if we wanted more drinks after the initial visit to the table, so we had to grab her as she stopped by and tell her what drinks we would like. She also forgot a request I had made, but since revisits to the table were so rare, we didn't bother asking for the forgotten item (it's not billable, so didn't expect to see it on the bill, and did not). In general, it wasn't terrible, but I think the manager put ALL the new people on at once - on a busy Saturday, which wasn't the best idea. I absolutely will go again, though, as this has never happened before.
Best pizza in the Phila burbs. Good cocktails too.
Rude and unwelcoming staff. They wont even let you sit at a good table.
And FYI.. they dont entertain Opentable reservations. They show their ipad on Airplane mode and say we cannot take opentable reservations
Love this Anthony's in Exton great open air and outside seating! Tony the bartender was awesome while we were waiting for our party. The food is bar none it's one of the best pizzas I've had and I was born in south philly! I was there with my family and we loved it! Thank you Anthony's...I'm a fan!

We spent countless minutes looking for our waitress. Food came out in good time but refills were rarely offered. Pizza is outrageously expensive.
Absolutely fantastic. New menu with outstanding sandwiches and new entrees added. The chicken arugula sandwich with provolone and roasted red peppers was outstanding. All five in our party raved about their meals.
Good pizza! Full crowd on a Saturday night, still service was good.

Great pizza! You have to try the meatballs. Always crowded. Could really benefit from a larger bar area for those waiting for tables.

First off , this restaurant still has issue with using Open Table reservations so I wasn't sure I'd even get credit. When I entered and said I had a reservation I got a dazed look from the hostess she did seat me immediately but there is nothing at the front for them to check reservations or mark that people have showed up. That been said I wasn't overly impressed with the pizza. The flavors just didn't come together. It was a bit unbalanced. I don't mind the char flavor from this type of oven but it seemed to over take the entire pizza. When I tasted the topping or sauce individually I could tell they are good quality. I actually appreciate that the plum tomato sauce wasn't overly sweet like you find at typical pizza chains. It just seemed like it need some more flavor - perhaps a bit more seasoning with herbs would have made all the pizza flavors come together.
Outstanding pizza and wings. Wings are crispy and the carmalized onions give them the best flavor. The best pizza and wings anywhere. Our server was excellent.
Great food and friendly service. Table was ready right away (had Rez) and did came out quickly.
The thin crust pizza never gets old. Especially my special order of just tomato sauce and basil. Can’t get enough of it. Salads and standard dressing are also great!

Thin crust well done pizza a specialty along with great wings slightly burnt in the coal fire oven (no sauce- just crisp with onions on the side).
Our pizza was good. They seemed disorganized with reservations and the hostess was having issues with the iPad. We arrived at 7:13 for a 7:15 reservation, and weren’t seated until 7:40. We usually have very good experiences with Open Table restaurants honoring our reservations promptly, but this time we were disappointed.
Good pizza but crust is too well done (burned).
We've driven past Anthony's for years thinking it was just another pizza place. There ae plenty. Finally we wandered in and had an eye opening experience. Food was great, service was good without being intrusive. Now that we know this is not just another pizza place we will be returning and recommending it to friends.

Another tasty lunch at Anthony's. Took my wife for the first time. Had the wings and meatball pizza both superb. The service was excellent as well.
While we had a reservation we were told that is was not reconized and we would have to wait. in effect we had no reservation. Why use open table???
We eat at Anthony's several times a year. This time I tried the eggplant appetizer and it was terrific. Prepared without the usual heavy crust preparation, this eggplant dish was light. Only mistake made was that I should have ordered the full size because it was so good. We shared wings and a salad. Sadly, the wings were very well done and a few were burnt. Not good. Their wings are usually the best. Our server came over to inquire about the food and I pointed out the wings. She immediately took charge and arranged for a new order to be delivered to the table. Didn't have pizza this time but their pizza has always been uniformly very good.
On a second visit, when we got to the hostess stand, I indicated that I had an OpenTable booking and was greeted by my first name. I guess the “retraining” worked. Seated promptly a ways from a loud two-year old birthday party. Not really a problem. Server came immediately and got our drink and food order. Drinks came reasonably quickly and food not long after. One chicken sandwich and one small two item pizza. Again good but not terrific. Server did not check on us until he happened by and saw I needed another drink, which came promptly. Bill came shortly thereafter and my credit card was placed in the sleeve. Ten minutes later server retrieved it and returned promptly. Nice but just not great.
It is an above average pizza chain: very good, but not great. It had seating outside, which is nice.

As a previous post indicated, there was no record of our OpenTable booking. The two young hostesses did a good job of accommodating us in under five minutes. Asked for the manager to come over and she did, toward the end if the meal. Good timing as she did not interrupt us. She admitted that she was unsure of how OpenTable worked and I filled her in. When I returned home I called OpenTable and explained what happened. He put Anthony’s on a list for “retraining” and added 100 points to my account for my troubles. Oh, the pizza is pretty decent, not the best I’ve ever had (that is Nino’s beachside Vero Beach, not an OpenTable place😒) but good enough to eat every last crumb.
Anthony’s had no record of our reservation even though I had a confirmation email from OpenTable. The hostess didn’t even know what OpenTable was. They were clearly not ready for OpenTable reservations.
Fortunately, the wait was only 20 minutes. Unfortunately, there was a large group in the center of the restaurant which made it difficult to hold a conversation
