Anthony's Hearthfire Grill - Bellingham

Good food, personable wait persons, pleasant greeter as we checked in. Christina H. was our waitperson and she is quite a funny person. We had quite a bit of fun with her! Its so much better to have this type rather than a waitperson with an uninterested attitude. We have not had poor waitpersons at this restaurant as we have been there several times in the past.

Always excellent food, drinks, and service! We come for every birthday in our friend group and you always astound.

We don’t eat out much anymore since COVID hit. So lovely to have dinner at Anthony’s Hearthfire- such a nice break. We appreciate the Halloween weekend coupon $20 off on 2 dinners.

Best bang for your buck for fine cuisine in the Bellingham area. Great ambiance, wonderful view of the harbor, beautiful wood interior that absorbs most noise, superb waitstaff, excellent choices on both menus (both food and wine) and very reasonable pricing.

The food was great. The location was superb. The service was excellent. It would be even better if they offer more seafood dishes (oyster, etc.).

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Our server was well informed of all menu items, made great suggestions, and kept our drinks full.

We look forward to returning on our next Bellingham visit.

Nice place to have a meal. I love the atmosphere of marina's in general, so most waterfront venues are just fine by me.

Birthday dinner celebration

I expected a bit more from Anthonys. I had the steak and shrimp. Steak was fine but shrimp were cold and under seasoned. Potatoes were way underdone and very greasy. Even the bread that was served was over done and tough. Service was mediocre and the restaurant was on the dirty side with all the cob webs etc... I appreciate what restaurants are going through now and I want to support them. I feel Anthonys could do better especially for the prices they charge.

Great food and drinks as always with a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Even with the craziness of COVID it made for a fantastic date night dinner!

We live in Whatcom County and manage to dine at the Hearthfire a few times every year. Always great food and drink. Love the atmosphere and staff are top notch. Also I had a hand in building your firedeck that you cook on. I've been with Woodstone for many years.

Celebrated our anniversary. Food was great but I was looking forward to the margarita prawns. Since they weren’t on the menu I had the salmon which was delicious

Our anniversary dinner had eye appeal and great taste. The waitress was pleasant and we enjoyed the window table views.

PEOPLE GET A BIT LOUD ON THE PATIO, HARD TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH SOME WHALE BEHIND YOU THAT CAN'T SHUT HER MOUTH, MAY NOT BE BACK, MNGMT SHOULD MONITOR THAT

Everything was incredible. The food tasted amazing and the servers were very prompt and friendly. Covid measures were very clear without making the entire experience feel much different from normal. It is a bit expensive but very much worth it with the experience.

Hearthfire Grill has always been one of our favorite places to eat. Food is always wonderful and the location is great with the view of the harbor.

Enjoyed eating outside with the beautiful view of the marina and Bellingham Bay. The 3-course early dinner was delicious and a good value. Missed having the Happy Hour.

Outstanding meal and service by your staff. Kudos to Amber, our server, who went above and beyond in meeting our requests and making us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Food and service was outstanding. Had the fish tacos and they were delicious.

Great place for that special celebratory dinner with outstanding harbor views and great ambiance. Pricing is very reasonable considering the quality of the offerings and the methods of preparation. Presentation is first class as is the service. A very reasonable corking fee of $10 if you wish to bring your own special bottle of wine to celebrate an occasion.

Another great meal at the Hearthfire, thanks to our server Christina and all the staff. Reservations recommended and easy to do on Open Table.

My brother and sister-in-law were here visiting from Iowa for their 10yr anniversary. Due to COVID we couldn’t do much and I told them Hearthfire was amazing and SO good! We had a gorgeous view, amazing steak, shrimp and salmon.

The menu was very limited there was nothing on it that I wanted and I had to make up my sort of salad with seafood for my main course. The server was nice and accommodating. We wanted outdoor seating because of the virus. I had made a reservation but when we got there the patio was full and we were seated out on the lawn. Without the glass screen that is around the patio it was very cool and windy.

With the restaurants being below capacity we felt well taken care of. Staff was beyond attentive! Seated before our reservation time. Food was served hot and was very good.
