The Antica Casina di Caccia is located just a few kilometers from Cortona, near the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in one of the most picturesque areas of central Italy. Set inside the historic Villa di Piazzano, a noble Renaissance residence surrounded by olive groves and rolling hills, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience in the Tuscan countryside.

The menu is inspired by Tuscan culinary traditions, enriched with elegant Sardinian touches thanks to Executive Chef Gabriele Corrias, originally from Sardinia. His cuisine reflects the principles of the Mediterranean diet, with dishes prepared using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients that combine authenticity, wellness, and sustainability.

During the warmer months, guests can enjoy dinner al fresco on the panoramic terrace, with a breathtaking view over the Tuscan hills and the surrounding countryside.
