Lovely patio situation which is so good to have during this scary time....Staff all taking precautions for covid...Delicious hamburgers....Thanks for allowing us a safe place to meet.

Great food and service! My dessert wasn’t quite right and I was brought a second one without an issue. Music was loud and they turned it down no problem. Salmon on Landing salad was yummmm. Rose wine from Italy also yummm. Sticky toffee pudding soooo good!!

Outside table worked well. The staff were friendly

We had a lovely meal on the patio at Arthur's Landing, following by a little shopping at Upper Canada Mall. The food was great and the service fantastic. It was nice to get out and we felt completely safe with all of the Covid measures they have in place.

Tasty food, with generous appetizer portion to share. Friendly and safe service. Sitting under an umbrella was a nice touch, to allow uninterrupted dining despite a bit of rain. Highly recommend it!

Service was a bit slow, had to wait quite while for our food. Not all wait staff wore their masks properly, some had below their noses which was disappointing. You are serving food, pls wear your masks properly to protect us all.

Food was definitely good, Wine price was way out of wack for what it was. Ate at the bar and the bartenders were terrific. With that said I can eat at better, more ambient restaurants in Aurora or Newmarket's Main St. for what it cost me. For two glasses of wine it was $42 before tax.

Great service and food

Valentine’s Day, I know it was freezing outside but the tables located near the door are not the greatest because of the draft. Other than that everything was fantastic for a busy Valentine’s Day

I love Arthur’s Landing because the food and service are always amazing. I order their Brisket Mac n Cheese every time- it’s the best! Most recently we also tried their mushroom soup which was a special that night and it was so tasty. The waiter even asked us our names at the beginning of the night and called us by name the whole evening. I’ve never had that happen to me at any other restaurant so I really appreciated it. Arthur’s Landing never fails to provide great service and an inviting atmosphere!

The food was great! The staff is amazing I will definitely be going here more often.

We were 10 minutes late to our reservation. I called to let them know and they were very helpful and held our table. Note: they will hold your table for a half hour. Our server was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The servers get to try the specials before their shift which I think is smart. Food was really good. Service was quick. Overall it was a good experience.

We had a very nice dinner and absolutely wonderful pleasant service. The music was a bit too loud with heavy bass but the server was happy to oblige and turn it down.

A fun SuperBowl event which included Happy Hour apps and drinks. Thanks for organizing.

Food was amazing- ordered the Brisket Mac and Cheese and the Chicken Pico de Gallo pizza! Service was great as well, and they were very cognizant of my allergies to nuts, peanuts, and sesame. Would recommend and will be back again!

I ordered salmon salad, the greens are not fresh. Some are yellow colour. Salmon tastes good. Bit disappointed.

The food, as with all the Landings, was quite good. Fish tacos excellent as usual, chicken carbonara was very tasty (fortunately, as it was my personal recommendation to my friend), and the oysters were fine. However, the service was lacking and not up to the standards of the company. The bar was nearly empty when my first two guests arrived, and it remained as quiet for the time we were there. The reservation was set for 6:30 and my friends requested to be sat at the table when they came slightly earlier at 6; not an unreasonable ask, as even if the table had not already been set, it would be fairly quick to do. The hostess told them to sit at the bar "because the reservation is at 6:30". When I arrived ten minutes before the reservation they finally allowed us to sit in our booth. The passing servers were pleasant but difficult to track down when we finally got our food and needed additional condiments- no two minute check was done to see if we had everything, no water was refilled throughout the meal. The bartender, who ended up looking after us, did not ask whether we were celebrating anything- the five of us had not seen each other in years (all living abroad) and thus wanted some time to catch up, but felt very rushed in ordering, although again it was a very quiet evening. I personally felt like I was inconveniencing the bartender just by being there. As a former Landing server, I feel like Arthurs staff may have missed a few key training points. Also, a very obvious drug deal went down in the men's bathroom, but I suppose that must be overlooked. I would always recommend a Landing to a friend, but hopefully the staff has better days ahead.

Went for a business lunch. Had carbonated water, a tuna poke bowl and a coffee. My associate had the same but the salmon plate instead. Came out to $83.00 total with tax and tip. Very expensive.

Great food and service

We were there on a Monday evening, and the atmosphere was perfect, not loud, but I can see it being a happening place on a weekend.

The service and food were great. The only thing I would recommend is have a better selection for desserts on your menu. We decided to go to another place for dessert because of the selection.

I went with my friends to celebrate my birthday and the service was great and the waiter went out of his way to accommodate my dietary restrictions even when he brought me out a little birthday surprise! Would definitely go back again!

It was our first visit on a Sat for lunch. Food was very good and service was amazing! I have a gluten sensitivity so it’s always nice when there are options for me😁

Our group of four was very impressed with the tasty food and excellent service. They were very knowledgable about my dietary restrictions and accommodated. We are planning to go back next birthday lunch. So happy we have found a place we can all enjoy the food and relax and visit.

Slow, incorrect and forgetful....

Not the best experience, our waitress was really nice but, drinks took forgets, bar was busy, dinner seemed to take a long time. Ordered the Tuna Poke as my main brought me the App. my husband ordered the brisket sandwich, which was cold and dry, also ordered the brisket Mac & Cheese which never came so she obviously didn’t order if but wrote it down. My sons burgers had no cheese and he specifically ordered it... the rest of the table either had chicken or chicken wings which were apparently good.
It’s unfortunate but I don’t think we’ll be back.

The food was very good and scrumptious. The service might take a while but you’ll know why when you dig in. It is a bit overpriced but the atmosphere makes up for it

A little overpriced, but the food was excellent (the overall menu was eclectic and well-selected) and the patio ambiance was perfect for the weather.

The atmosphere was nice, a little too quiet but that may be because we're used to restaurants closer to Toronto. The food was absolutely nothing to rave about. Calamari appetizer was good, but its literally just fried calamari that you can get anywhere. The steak was overcooked, not a huge deal, but it really lacked flavour. Same goes for the lobster linguine. Lacked major flavour...like major! The cream sauce was extremely runny and was like soup! It's almost as if they didnt season anything or put garlic, in Italian food! They didnt even offer me fresh parm for the pasta, but I requested some because it had no taste. The sticky toffee dessert was ok, but again the toffee was very runny. Not like any sticky toffee that Ive ever had. Overall...meh.

Worst service. Good presentation was a joke. Wish I had pictures!
