Enjoyed and would go back. However after asking if the special sauce was spicy and being told it was not. I'm not sure that was entirely accurate. 🥵

Starters were amazing, staff lovely but the flat iron steak bab was disappointing and tasted only of burnt steak.
Also the music could have been a bit louder.
Would recommend for the meze only

The experience was overall good, but we went there for the 3 meals for £18.95 and were disappointed to see that the sides for example weren't included in the deal, but a cookie for dessert was...
Not to mention there are 3 vegetarian options and only 3 meat options...

Lovely food - i had the steak bab and loved the unique style of the ingredients used, however, for the price of the steak bab, the steak needed more substance (other flavours, which were really nice, stood out more). The missus loved her tenderstem broccoli bab - as a non-veggie i was really surprised how tasty a broccoli bab could be.
One great annoyance at places is the price of chips, £4,5,6 for chips and get a tiny portion, however, at bab you get your moneys worth - big up the chippy portion.

Disappointed!!
Dishes arrived at different times and were all over cooked. The bread with the humus was over toasted and too hard to enjoy, the lamb in the mixed kebab was dry and lacking in flavour - It looked like a 3 day old kebab. It was that bad we refused to pay for the main meals that we barely touched.

There isn’t anything to dislike about the place. Nice atmosphere, nice food and nice service. I have been a couple of time’s and it’s consistently the same. Really nice place to go. Highly recommend.

Attentive staff, lovely ambience and good selection of drinks. The food is something else; absolutely delicious. The menu is small and well considered. I’ll definitely return. Very happy indeed.

Delicious food and nice setting with friendly service

I've been here quite a few times, and always had a lovely time. Not the restaurants issue at all, but it was very very loud, to a point where I couldn't even here the person I was with because of surrounding tables.

The staff were very polite and friendly as always, food came out quickly and was very tasty. But we weren't told one of the items ordered came with a side of fries, even when we ordered some extra as a side, so ended up paying more, when the dish already came with them, and ended up getting left. They did offer to box them up for us to take away though.

Great food and service, would highly recommend! Cocktails were great too.

This is the second time I have visited BAB, both times have been throughout lockdown.

I was really impressed with the service and the food. The team at BAB have struck the perfect balance between making you feel 100% safe during this pandemic, whilst also not lowering any standards in terms of both food and overall experience.

The whole team were so attentive despite how busy the restaurant was. I cannot recommend BAB enough!

Glass was dirty, food was a bit dry (not as good as it looks online) so was slightly diss appointed. There was no run up service whilst we were eating our meals.

Really disappointed in this visit! I have been to bab a few times and loved it...but this time the food all seemed to have a funny taste to it, as if it had all been marinated in the same sauce (which wasn’t very nice!) not sure if the chef/recipes have changed but it sadly wasn’t as good a few months a go!

Think I actually chose badly but would definitely return. More suited to meat eaters maybe but love the pickled salad. Service a little bit slow for drinks but that kind if thing doesn’t really bother me too much - bit can imagine would frustrate some.

Never thought we would have a kebab, book without realising it was a kebab restaurant. To our surprise BAB’s interpretation of a kebab was sensational and delicious! Staff pleasant and adorable. Lovely music and industrial decor. Had a great time!

The food here is normally 10/10 and absolutely delicious. One if the BAbs was unfortunately overcooked , which I’m sure would have been rectified, if we had asked!!! Will definitely be back though and just hope this was a one off!
