I ordered the meal for 4 and it was not enough for 4 people. Not good value for money .
Such a fantastic venue !
Food was delicious, backed cauliflower and smoked butter were a stand out !
Must leave room for dessert, they were all amazing !
Great music and atmosphere on a Saturday night coming from their bar and terrace.
Will definitely return!
Food was amazing. Loved every bite!
Unfortunately the service wasn’t great. We pretty much had to ask if they could take our order every time.
Whilst the female wait staff were very lovely and polite, the male staff were so rude which made it very uncomfortable. In particular the man who we met at the counter to pay. He seemed agitated by us, maybe because we got up to pay instead of staying seated (despite no one checking on us the whole night), or perhaps because he had to ask us to repeat ourselves so often due to the extremely loud music. A terrible way to end the whole experience.
I would recommend this restaurant for food but perhaps on a night that’s not so busy in hopes the staff are more engaged and equipped.
Beautiful food and excellent service. My partner has food intolerances and they were quick to tailor the menu without a delay! Will absolutely return.
I definitely would recommend Babylon to a friend.i thought this place would be a just a nice looking restaurant for instagram but the food was actually very tasty as well! I was here for valentines day so it was very enjoyable however I do recommend that the music volume is lowered a little bit. Overall nice experience.
A nice place for dinner or any other occasion, but it that the interior is not aligned with the promo photos on the website, and the place is not that posh as you could imagine judging from the photos
Awesome food, loved the cauliflower dish! Would come there again
The food is beyond amazing.
The slow cooked lamb shoulder is a must.
Value for money is very, very good. Don’t bother with the “banquet” style menu which Is $70 per person (plus $15
p/p if you want the lamb)
We selected off the a la Cartenmenu and for 7 people it cost $35 p/p for the food (not including wine).
Food was lovely. Service whilst very polite, was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes really prompt, other times having to ask for things a couple of times before they arrived. Ambience was terrible. So echoey and loud. Couldn't hear each other at a small table. We've never eaten so fast so we could leave in our lives. In/out in under an hour. Sadly won't be going back because of the excessive noise level.
The food and service at Babylon is excellent. The decor is beautiful and sets the atmosphere for a very pleasant and relaxing meal.
Fabulous place for a catch up with friends, a wind down after work or that special occasion.
Food was cold and tasted precooked
Could not eat it didn’t taste good at all
Will not be back
Will definitely be back. Ticked all the boxes for our family and friends.
The most amazing Turkish food in Sydney with the most attentive sraff!
Had a wonderful meal but ordered too much food. The food was delicious but big portion sizes.
Massively overpriced... we went there on a scouting mission for my mother in laws birthday... I respect my mother in law.. So we won't be back!
Service was garbage, food was flavorless!
I was really impressed. Thank you for a lovely lunch.
The place is OK, but to be honest there are so many better Lebanese style restaurants to go to I really wouldn't revisit Babylon. I would really recommend Nour in Surry Hills. Also, I ordered a cocktail at the bar and the waitress just grabbed a ready made cocktail bottle like you get at Dan Murphys and poured it into a glass and charged me $25....seriously!!!
Food was fabulous . So tasty.
Saw the eggplant being cooked over the grill and later turned up as the best babaganoush
We went during Sydney Festival because they advertised a tie-in menu deal, but staff seemed reluctant to let us have the deal. We had a late sitting so the restaurant was not very full, but staff were not coping. We had to actively seek their attention to order. Drinks that we ordered before we ordered food did not arrive until after food started coming. Food was really nice but service was really poor.
Excellent food and service. Suggest dont order the bread on the side for main-little taste and dry. Place became noisy as the night wore on- people and music
Babylon was suggested for us- a group of five- as a convenient restaurant for post a Sydney Festival event. I had not realised how happening the rooftop are of Westfield has become! Babylon in particular provided very good food options..... great taste and many options. Drinks and food worked out to be $77pp which given the quality was very good value. All of us would happily return and also recommend to friends.
Underwhelming yet overwhelming in every negative way.
Great experience and food would recommend & revist to try more dishes.
Food was good but the overall experience was let down by lack of service. Had to top up our own drinks and ask 3 people before someone got us water.
