Bacari Silverlake is a Venetian-inspired small plates restaurant featuring Mediterranean-influenced dishes by Chef Lior Hillel. We are the 5th restaurant of the Kronfli Brothers, a family-owned, growing group of restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Offering a rotating curation of craft cocktails, small-production wines, and eclectic beers from around the world. Our team provides warm hospitality in our comfortable, dining room marked by our beautiful main garden & deck, outer herb garden, and spacious lounge and bar area. Food was fantastic, service was great. The garden area has a magical treehouse ambience. Only downer was a rat that scurried left/overhead on the tree, lingering by our table.

The food was amazing and the ambiance was perfect for nearly any occasion. The portion sizes are moderate, definitely a family style vibe. Recommend ordering a few things for the table and sharing.

All I can say is WOW! Everything was fantastic, ambience, vibe, food… but especially the service. We had the pleasure of dining with Maya she was fantastic, and the manager Hannah came by also! They both made the evening VERY special as we were celebrating my last night in Los Angeles. A huge thank you to everyone who took care of us, can’t wait to return.

This is our 6th time here and Bacari hasn’t disappointed, it’s always a great time and the food is delicious and the service superb. Brazil has been our server 3 times and she is super attentive!!

Was seated then moved to a table that was cramped and had a lot of foot traffic. Asked to be moved back. 5 different waiters asked about taking our order so it felt disorganized. But food is always amazing. And ambience is great as well.

Very trendy and quaint. Eclectic Tropical theme meets treehouse restaurant layout. Food was sooooo good and we suggested what we would like and our server then suggested we switch 2 for something else. Drinks were well made. Unique twist of the Tokyo Sunset. We’re planning on going again soon.

Plate size far too small. My pancakes took up the entire plate. When I cut them up to eat them the bananas & strawberries were all falling off the plate. This was to be expected the moment I saw the plate size. Why such a small plate? It was ridiculous. Service was very slow.

Wasn’t a fan of only bringing one plate at a time when I ordered 8 things for my date and I.And I was given the wrong food once,then they forgot about one of my plates until I reminded the server toward the end.But I still gave a 18% tip

We loved the ambience, and that’s what would draw me to come back. We dined outdoors on one of the upper patios. The different levels and wooden patios built around trees and surrounded by bamboo create a very special vibe. As others have said, it’s the perfect setting for a special celebration, fun night with friends or date night. Though, our corner was far too dark, we could only read the menu with phone flash light, and we couldn’t make out the food items on the plates. Our food was mostly very tasty (exception, pork belly was burned and rock hard) but not necessarily outstanding. And everything was on the spicy side, good thing most in our party like spicy. The service was friendly and attentive. However, I did not like the suggestion from our server to order 3-4 plates pp. (Different story if we had asked but we didn’t.) Turned out we were actually good with 2-2.5 plates per person.

Had reservations for 8pm but still had to wait ~30 minutes to be seated. Cute atmosphere but service was lacking. Felt like our server forgot about us multiple times (E.g. no refills, not checking in on us). The place was busy so maybe our server had too many tables. Overall didn’t think it was worth the wait or the money.

Great for Gluten Free and Celiacs! The staff is very knowledgable and they can make almost everything Gluten Free without cross contamination. They even asked if cross contamination was an issue so they knew how sensitive you were to gluten which is huge. You can eat almost everything here and they also have GF pizza + Bread!

My party of three ate an early dinner here and had a wonderful experience. I eat gluten free, and they had a fantastic allergy friendly menu from which to chose with numerous options. My dining companions ordered from the regular menu but also shared some of my food. Each and every dish was delicious. The service was excellent and the restaurant itself was comfortable and inviting. My favorites were the sea bass with corn salad and the date cake for dessert, as well as amazingly good gluten free brioche bread. All in all, it was a perfect dining experience and I can’t wait to go back.

They were fantastic even though They were very backed up that we sat at our table 45 mins after our reservation time. During our wait they gave us wine and when we were finally seated, the manager came and offered us complementary apps, presecco and dessert due to the inconvenience. Best birthday experience at a restaurant ever!

It was my first time at Bacari, and overall it was a good experience. They were able to accommodate our large party for my birthday celebration and I know how difficult that can be in a busy restaurant on a Friday night. The cocktails were creative and made with fresh ingredients. The food was all really fresh too.. Mediterranean vibe. Lots of gluten free and vegan options. The only downside was that 1 couple in our party didn’t receive their salmon entree and another couple didn’t receive their salmon or their sea bass entree. The staff was nice about it and apologized but none of them ever ended up ever getting their orders.. instead they brought them out 3 orders of scallops.. and one of those individuals were actually allergic to scallops, so he couldn’t eat it. It was just weird because the servers never explained if they ran out of salmon or sea bass.. they just kept bringing scallops. Anyways, other than that, everything was great and overall Bacari was a pleasant experience.

Took my mom to celebrate her birthday with my sisters and we had such a great time. From the hostesses, to our server, the amazing food and the environment it was top notch. We really enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come back and celebrate another special occasion. Thanks Bacari ♥︎

A lovely outdoor setting that feels like you're in the forest. Prosecco at the door on draft while waiting for your table. Tapas style, sea bass, shrimp, chicken and cauliflower were amazing. Drinks were on point. Waiter had a great sense of humor, would definitely recommend!

Loved everything about our visit for happy hour/early dinner before a show at the Greek. Both inside and outside are open, airy and calming with lots of trees and plants. Loved the stuffed mushrooms ( my daughter’s favorite), the falafel (my favorite), the burrata (partner’s favorite) and the good selection of beers. My sister and I each individually tuned into the music which was awesome. Had to Shazam the songs and created our own Spotify stations from it which accompanied us up the road to the Greek! Beautiful!
