Fantastic as always, a great authentic Italian neighbourhood restaurant run by a lovely team.

Such a lovely little restaurant, really cute decorated with little fairie lights. There was amazing service with absolutely outstanding food. Caters for so many taste palettes and to top it off dessert was so delicious. Easy parking outside too which is free after 6:30pm. I had made a special request before hand to do a little birthday suprise for my friend which they did outstandingly xxx

We had a family get together to celebrate 2 birthdays. The food was excellent and a varied selection on the menu. The service was fast and friendly, the service charge is already added so one needs to be aware of that. Overall we would all return again.

Fantastic neighbourhood Italian restaurant, great food, wonderful staff, lovely atmosphere, a real jewel in the crown of the area. From a great romantic meal to pizza out with the kids, can't recommend it highly enough. They also do takeaway, so really hope they get the support they deserve during lockdown.

Two of us shared some starters (calimari and courgette fritters) and I enjoyed sardines and the aubergine starters, instead of a large main course, which was plenty of comfot food. It was well cooked and the service was good.

We love this restaurant. For dining in or takeaway, the food and service is fabulous. The pizzas are amazing and highly recommend the cuttlefish! Always lovely to go here and a favourite local restaurant.

Lovely grilled sardines and an aubergine dish for starters. We had pasta dishes for mains which was also lovely. Home made panna cotta to finish, mmm. Attentive but not intrusive service. Really enjoyed it and will return.

Went for dinner with my partner and Nanny. Lovely food and great wine. Our server was new and didn't know the menu in order to answer questions, but aside from that she was very attentive and pleasant. Will definitely visit again as there is such a variety on the menu.

Service was attentive and atmosphere well managed. We had a very early dinner so it was quiet when we arrived but was bustling by 8pm. A popular spot for birthdays! A bit expensive for the ingredients and menu, but nonetheless a charming environment and we had a lovely time. Will definitely return!

Best pizza in twickenham

We ‘ate out to help out’ and had been told that we could only have our table for an hour and a half - which was fine - but we did feel rushed to put in our orders. Starters were great - we both had the Arancine. Main courses were average - a pizza and a pasta dish. Pizza base was paper thin in the middle (probably correct for Sicilian) so was quite soggy and tasteless. Would be interesting to try again when less busy and longer to stay at the table.

Love this place! Always friendly..great with the kids...and the food is always great. Fire oven pizzas and tasty pasta and Sicilian mains. Tables are well spaced so no squeezing around other guests. Highly recommend especially for a family meal.

This restaurant has really taken social distancing seriously, so we felt very comfortable in the current climate. The food is always very good, especially the pizzas

Classic simple Italian restaurant as it should be... Bonus they are one of the few restaurants that serve chinotto!

The calamari as a main needs some sort of carb to go with it because the fried calamari plus the courgette fritters ended up being sickly. I was looking at my friend’s pizza crust with mild desperation.

The menu had a good choice, the food was perfectly cooked and the ingredients of excellent quality. The wine selection is relatively limited (given Italy's outstanding regional choices) but is fairly priced. The service was friendly and attentive. Like every where at this time of C19, its just a shame there weren't more diners to create the bustling atmosphere we have come to expect when dining at Ballaro. May be next time!
