La comida es deliciosa y cualquier cosa que se pida es muy buena.

First time and it it was excellent. Way too much food but made chicken salad for lunch. My husband finished his lamb chops. Met the owners daughter, great personality. Plan to come back with people with good appetites.

The outdoor seating area was great that they set up. The food was fantastic, I would recommend sharing the main entrees because they are on the larger side. It was a fantastic dinner.

Our server and the food are always great. The only negative was that the owner could not process the OpenTable Dinning Rewards I had saved for this restaurant :(

We liked the starters. The stew with lamb was a little disappointing, my husband loved his lamb though. After ordering the starters we it took as two attempts two inform the right person in the staff that we would love to order the main, the person in charge kind of ignored us or was too busy. But we asked one of the staff who came to our table but wsn't allowed to take the order and he still didn't came (I think because he wasn't told), we finally signaled the person doing drinks at the bar and we were seen....

Our waiter explained all the different dishes and made sure we did not over order. Two of us shared an appetizer and one main dish and had food to take home. It was a delightful experience to try a new type of food.

We love the food here. It’s a little pricey but the portions are HUGE. it’s also crowded on concert evenings so make a reservation!

Love this place. It is so close for theater going in DT SD. The food is always great (huge portions!) and good for the money spent.

Our first time here, and definitely not our last! The food was delicious! Yhr interior was beautiful! We ordered the pesto hummus, which far exceeded our expectations, the Bandar salad which was super tasty, and shared the chicken soltani.

The portions on all dishes were beyond gigantic. We shared all 3 plates instead of ordering 2 entrees and still went home with a ton of leftovers. The meat was so tender we didnt even pick up our knives.

Their bandar wines are very very yummy.
Decent service considering it was a very busy valentine's day weekend.

We cant wait to go back!

They have changed. Service not good. Very noisy. Tables crammed together. Not the Bandar we have known and loved.

The food is delicious and I think the rice is the best I have ever had. My only criticism would be our service. Staff was friendly when the actually acknowledge you. Mabe they were understaffed for the Valentine's day rush.

A reliable quality restaurant serving excellent fare guaranteed to leave you satisfied and full. Recommended to all. We go every time we are in town.

Generous plates of delicious, bright, Persian mezes and kebabs. The home made stuffed grape leaves were wonderful. Best to go in groups of four so you can order lots and share. We were two and feasted.

Highly recommend this gem in the Gaslamp district. Everything about it is fabulous and the servings were bountiful. We took home enough food for another meal. Don't miss it!

Bandar never disappoints! D'Lish! I have been coming here since the early 2000s and I will continue to do so. Lunch is so nice and includes a salad with your meal.

It was our anniversary, and I thought we’d try someplace new and different. The waiter greeted us, and helped to explain, things. He was very friendly. It was fairly quiet, and I couldn’t figure out why the big TV was playing sports, which kind of distracted from the ambience. The food was good, and met all of our expectations. We would recommend to some people that we know.

We went to Bandar for dinner while out celebrating my good friends bachelorette weekend. It was a perfect setting for us to have a beautiful and delicious dinner before our night out on the town. Very close to all the hot spots in the Gaslamp district.

The hummus was gritty and instead of a shish kabob we got chicken tenders and it was dry. The rice was good. The waiter was arrogant.

Food was very good and nicely prepared. I had the Fesenjan with chicken. Tender, aromatic, sweet, tangy....all the things a Fesenjan is supposed to be. My son had lamb chops. Amazing flavor and cooked perfectly.

Mostly a good experience. Only issue was that we asked for a side of yogurt dip for our veggies and were charged $8 each for these sides, without being told that there was any sort of fee, much less a huge upcharge. Food quality good, nice ambiance.
