Enjoyed a nice and relaxing lunch with a glass of wine

Lunched here today with friends but all very dissapointed.

Ordered Charcuterie Board which came out on a dinner plate, rather than a board and was extremely small and uninspiring, the cured meats were almost warm, as though left out for a few hours previously. Not much on the board other than a few meats, bread, crispbreads, terrine and lots of pickles!

Also shared a sourdough/dips plate which again was small and extemely unispiring with only 1 x Hommus dip (rather than dips) and a large amount of crispbreads rather than the sourdough we ordered. The few slices of sourdough were dry and tasteless.

We had also requested for our main meals to come out after we had finished the share plates but within a few minutes our mains were brought to the table. We had only just had first drinks delivered and had only started on the entrees, so we queried this and reminded the waitress that we had requested a wait period. The poor waitress was quite embarrassed and said the kitchen was closing so she had no choice but to bring them out. By the time we got to eat our mains they were almost cold so again extremely dissapointing as most mains are around $25.00

When booking on-line we had no choice but to accept a later booking so do not understand how they can take bookings but then close the kitchen shortly after guests arrival.

One the positive side, the Banks Road Shiraz was amazing!

We had a lovely lunch and really enjoyed the food & service. Bubbles a little pricey for a bottle when you can buy French Champagne for the same price, overall would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience. We often eat out, and this was the first time we dined at Banks Road Vineyard. We were absolutely thrilled with everything from the booking, location, friendly staff, food, drinks, view, pricing - and the ambience as lovely and quiet. We will definitely be back!!!

Atmosphere was lovely, great view, good vibe. But the waiters/ waitresses took quite a while to serve us and we ended up having to go to the front counter ourselves to order because they had forgotten about our table. Other than that the food was nice and the wine was lovely.

We had a lovely family lunch. Staff were friendly, food was good and it felt very relaxed. Great space for little ones to play too!

Lovely quaint family owned winery with tapas style lunch options. A really nice option for lunch.

We had the special $28 per person experience that included a 6 flight tastings plus 3 different snacks. The food was wonderful but we found the wine not to our liking, so did not purchase any bottles to take home. Overall, great value for a light lunch and the sculptures on the property add to the visual experience.

We like Banks Road, however we had a poor experience. We booked for outdoor dining, knowing it was undercover and protected. However, we were seated at a table that was literally in a wind tunnel. The bistro blind was broken, we understand that these things happen, but we were not moved to a better and vacant table and instead ate our meals hurriedly, freezing cold and unable to hear each other speak. It really was miserable. The bit that was most annoying was that we were held with a $20pp “bond”, if we didn’t turn up, we got charged a no-show fee. However, it didn’t go both ways. We should have been given the option to leave and find something better for lunch.

Fabulous food, wine and service as always. One of the best spots on the Bellarine Peninsula for a day out.

Great food & very good price. Sculpture garden needs more trees & plants.

Great little gem. Reasonable value food and very nice tapas. Some great wine here as well. Because the place is smaller it is quiter and less busy which is a huge win.

Everything was good, thought the tasting combination was very different, enjoyably so, but could have been offered a discount on the tastings as we purchased two bottles of wine.
