Nestled in an intimate space in the East Village, Bar Miller is the showcase omakase restaurant from the sushi concept Rosella. Just a few blocks away, our 8-seat sushi bar is seated twice nightly for a tasting menu that features local, sustainably-sourced ingredients.

Domestic beer, wine, and cider shape a drink program that stays true to our approach to the menu, while the sake list highlights Brooklyn-based breweries and less conventional styles from Japan.

    Our tasting menu at the bar features 15 courses and dessert. An optional supplemental food menu will be available at the end of each seating. Wine, Sake, Beer, and Cider available a la carte. An optional wine pairing is available for an additional $125. Seating times are available for 6:00PM and 8:30PM.

    We did the 15 course tasting and it was absolutely amazing!! Would do it again for sure!!! Chef and Bailey were great hosts and made us feel so comfortable! Highly recommend this experience!

    We had the most amazing omakase experience while celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday. Everything from the communication before we arrived asking about our dietary restrictions and anything else we might need to the beginning to end of our meal was incredible. We can’t wait to go back!

    Our fav go-to omakase in NYC! Innovative, fresh, perfection. They offer a great wine pairing or drink menu. Absolutely A+ experience with such a fun and friendly staff.

    Chef James is a mad scientist! This is our second time there and the courses are still just as creative as the first time! I cannot sing this place’s praises enough! Service is attentive and the music is soooo awesome!!
