Delicious authentic food with warm friendly staff.

Amazing food. Simple cuisine cooked to perfection. Staff were so friendly and I even walked away with a free dessert. I can’t wait to go back! Wonderful experience.

Absolutely delicious food and great service. My only niggle is being seated outside on a cold night with barely-noticeable heating and noisy planes flying low and directly overhead.

I am yet to have a bad meal at Bazaari. The standard and quality of food is just superb with good portion sizes and leftovers to enjoy the next day!

Barzaari has changed dramatically. This used to be our favourite middle eastern fine dining restaurant in the inner west. It's now just a Lebanese take away that is trading on the decor and reputation of the previous restaurant. Staff stand around with no idea what to do and can't give advice about the menu. The chef is doing a good job but is turning out standard fare with none of the creativity that epitomised the original restaurant. Sad really.

Lovely fresh food and great service. Loved the vibe in there on a Sunday afternoon too. Will definitely return

Barzaari has changed! Used to be a really special and gorgeous place to eat with really interesting dishes, plated up beautifully... I went there recently and the food was equivalent to what I could get from a greek take away shop, the only thing that has remained the same is the cost. Very, very disappointed and saddened by the change over. Was also mostly ignored by waitstaff who never checked in on us or asked if we would like to order more wine, drinks or dessert. Wont be going back.

No high backed chair, only a stool was available so my wife asked the waiter if and when became available could she have one due to her crook back. Ended getting one myself over an hour later from an empty table next to us. My friend and I, who were sharing a banquet for two, our food arrived and my wife's very simple meal order did not arrive until well after we had completely finished our banquet. Fortunately my wife's meal did arrive and was provided at no cost due to her lengthy wait for here dinner. Our original waiter I believe was somewhere else, and not the most welcoming or friendly. Later waiter staff that served us were much better.

I had not been here before but I had seen their Instagram to see what they had. I was not dissapointed. We tried some mezes, had the lamb and chicken souvlaki and some mixed salad mains and it was all amazing. We couldn’t finish it all so we took it home and it was even better the next day. We also finished off with some Turkish coffee (or Greek but it was great) and a slice of baklava. The owners even treated us to a take away almond cake which was so lovely. I highly recommend getting mix of Mezes include the Spiced pickled octopus And Eggplant!

Incredible service. The staff actually helped us to choose what to order and keep it reasonable for a lunch for two.

I would most definitely return the only thing I felt needed improving was the flat white I had after dinner. It was weak and pretty ordinary.

Great food, great service! Everything about it was very enjoyable - not formal, but the food is excellent and the service was spot-on. Very friendly staff.

The service was very slow and poor, the two young girls working who looked like they just started there job had no idea what was going on.
The meat was disgusting, it smelt really bad and it was dry. Desert wasn’t exciting. Not worth the money we spent. We booked prior to knowing new owners had taken over. I highly recommend spending your evening and night elsewhere.

Love Barzaari, all their food is delicious and they are lovely hosts. They have been a wonderful addition to the neighborhood ever since they opened.

Great location, fantastic food and wine within a beautiful setting. Loved everything and will definitely be back.

The menu has changed and the quality very average and overpriced. Meat very dry, wine list 2 reds only. Very expensive for cafe quality. It's a shame because in previous years it was amazing.

Too many people for social distancing and there was no attempt from wait staff to maintain distance. Too much food in banquet for two people.

Me and my girlfriend went to dinner here just after they renovated. And walked in and there was a beautiful ambience. And really friendly helpful staff. And while dinning there and chatting to the waiters and waitresses I found out it’s a family run restaurant and all the food is home made. And your dinner was amazing we ate far too much as everything was lovely.

Great variety and large servings. Really interesting flavours.

The food was extremely salty! We returned a dish and it came back at the same salt level. Unfortunately we won’t be back! The cocktails were good.

Pretty good food and selection. May be a little on the salty side but that's more likely just my personal opinion.

We were pretty disappointed to say the least, as we live locally and have wanted to go to this restaurant for a while. They were busy at 8pm and had to wait to place our orders. We finally got the attention of a waitress who took our order. After 20 minutes our drinks still hadn’t arrived, and then hubby caught the barman swapping out Hendricks gin for for a basic spirit, much to his disgust and especially at $21 a pop. The drinks were replaced but by the time they came back half hr had past. This was pretty deceiving.
The oysters had shell in them and I nearly cracked my tooth.
The “pop eye” beef was chewy and had gristle, and should just be called beef rump as that’s what it was. But I supposed they can’t charge $39 for it then, can they?
My 12 year old can cut a tomato for a salad better than we had served that night.
And all the while, a couple we were looking out at (we were on the bar looking out to the street) were clearly friends of either the owner or the manager, as he visited them at least 3 times and their service appeared to be amazing.
I know the rents aren’t cheap in the area, but ripping off locals won’t keep you in business for long. Pathetic.
