The website promises dancing every night. We incurred $75 of taxi costs to travel from our downtown hotel to this casino venue only to find that there was no live music scheduled. The manageress gave us free appetisers but this did nothing to compensate for our disappointment. People go to BB KIngs for the music not the food! Added to this we had the dopiest waitress I have ever experienced. Even her colleagues had no idea as to where she had disappeared when it came time to pay the bill. Useless.

Kyle was amazing and made us feel welcome and special. He went over and beyond. To be honest if it wasn’t for him our experience would have been meh. However thanks to him our son had a very memorable birthday Thank you Kyle for the great experience!

Our food was not good, overly salted and terrible taste. They must have substituted out the wings because the wings we saw others receive when we arrived are not the wings we received. Our waitress was very nice but the service was poor. We have been to several BB Kings and this by far was the worst experience food and service wise. The entertainment was excellent!!!!

My fianc'e and I always enjoy our date weekends at the BB King Lounge in Montgomery. The entire staff from the hostess to the managers are awesome every time we go. The bands are always jammin!! We love it!!

The fried chicken wings never have any seasoning on them. Too big and fresh smelling. Just plain and bland. The fried catfish bites are unseasoned as well, just bland.

Mothers Day and I was seated alone, The server Adarius seemed professional at the beginning. He took my order, brought my drink, and food came out quickly. He never refilled my drink, asked how my food was or if I needed anything after he brought my meal. I purchased another meal to go when he brought my meal. Once he saw I was finished he brought the check. It was so odd. He seemed pleasant with people at other tables but he was borderline rude. I did tip him 20%, not because of him, more because most servers assume African Americans don’t tip. He really didn’t deserve the tip. People remember how you make them feel and act accordingly! I’ve been to BB Kings before and I’ve never had a server you had no customer service.

It was my 56 birthday had a blast the band you had there was outstanding the food was excellent had a meatloaf dinner one night the other night we had chicken fried chicken and a black and Alfredo cannot complain about nothing it was delicious and deafly will keep coming back Miss Mary was our waitress for both nights excellent job great service

This place is completely nasty. I would never come back here . We put our name in the list @ 2:25 they told us 30-40 minutes it was actually 1 hour and like 20 minutes. When we Finally sat down it took them like 20 minutes before somebody came and took our drinks orders. Finally someone came over and took our order and then the food took a hour to come out. Would never come back on top of that they were very rude.
