Benihana - Las Vegas Strip, NV

The food was alright, but taste a bit different than the last time I dined in. Also, they do not allow lunch specials at an earlier time so expect to pay regular price during happy hour.

Was seated late when there was plenty of open tables. We were given dirty plates. They forgot a bunch of our order like the sushi. Very disappointed

Had great service and amazing food cooked to our liking.

Awesome as usual. First time in this specific location however it was as smooth as others visits

Host at front door told me I had to make my FOURTH guest leave due to only 4 people being allowed at a table which includes my mother, 4 y/o daughter, my brother & myself with a 4 month old baby in her stroller sleep. Host decided to argue with my mother when we noticed she was going around the restaurant whispering to other employees about making my 4th guest leave when I specifically made reservations for 4 people excluding a newborn who is exclusively breastfed and not counted as a 4th person at the table.

Delicious food and great place overall

My first time leaving the restaurant with all my food. Waited 20 mins despite reservations and fairly empty establishment. The chef let us know that he was new so he didn’t know any of the “tricks” you may be used to seeing during meal prep. He dropped my shrimp on the table while transferring from the hibachi to my plate and still put them on my plate. My appetite was pretty much gone so we packed up and left.

My fiancé and I were treated very nicely from beginning to end by every team member we came across. Our chef Tony Too Much was really too much but in every best way possible! He even wrote my name with the dripping egg whites which I had never seen before. He was so personable and made so many pun jokes. It was one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had.

Our waiter and chef were both very fun and entertaining. Made us feel welcome and time flew by with their presence.

Great time at Benihana’s. It was busy and one of the managers jumped in to get our orders and appetizers since our waiter was busy. Cooking show was fun and entertaining

I travel to Las Vegas a couple times a month for work and my trip would not be complete without a meal at this Benihana. The staff treats us with respect and a valued customer, I take customers here and they enjoy the show

Ask for Tony Too Much, he’s the best! The food was amazing! The entire party enjoyed their meals. The experience was great! All the servers were on point. Highly recommend this place if your in the area!

Pros-
Adam the cook was awesome!!!! When we come back we will definitely be asking for him! Our waiter was awesome too can’t remember her name. The food was great and the practice of social distancing was awesome. It was only 4 people total at our table.

Couple complaints I have-
We did wait about 30-45 mins even with a 7:15 reservation, we didn’t sit down until about 7:45-8. We also had to wait outside in the cold which was disappointing being that it was 40 degrees.

This was a very strange visit because of Covid precautions. The restaurant was about 20% full which was both a blessing and a curse. Our chef (Joseph) did a very solid job with only the three of us at the table. It would have been easy for him to give a half-hearted effort, but he did not. Reception staff needs a little customer service training, but otherwise, this was a very good experience.

First time go to this establishment. Let me tell you the food was so good. I went back the next day !!!

We drove all the way from LA to Vegas so we could eat inside a restaurant. We are Benihana Veterans both in LA and Vegas. Kyle was our Chef and Kelvin was our server. Both were absolutely excellent. They both made our dinner wonderful and we were so grateful. I even felt compelled to speak to the manager about the terrific service we received! Can't recommend highly enough.

Love the place and Calvin is my favorite cook food was perfect great way to end my Christmas!!!!

Our annual trek to Benihana was great. The chef was funny and provided us with great food.

Christmas Dinner

We had a reservation but still had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time. Our cook was entertaining, part of our order was incorrect but we said we were fine although I paid 32.00 for food I didn’t order and really didn’t eat. Experienced it once but probably won’t ever go back.

The rapport food quality price was not great. Too pricey ! The server was not on top of stuff, we had to asked twice for a sauce, we never got out hot tea.. not great service, Also i had to dry cleaned all my clothes because everything was smelling of food... even my coat. Poor exhaustion system! Not impressed!

Very good food. It took a long time for us to be seated, but the whole reservation thing was not their fault. Our waiter forgot to offer us a beverage to drink with dinner, but it looked like he was the only server on duty so he really did a great job managing everyone and still keeping a sweet, attentive disposition. I do recommend this restaurant.

Came here for the 1st time we wanted something fast, we were hungry so asked for a table. The food was delicious our server could have been a little more helpful but overall it was good. Reservations required which I really enjoy right now!
