It was our anniversary. Both Tony and Dave took great care of us. We will definitely be returning soon.
The good just was mediocre but the drinks were really good!
The security guard was rude, pointing and laughing at me because I was upset that I made a reservation and I wasn’t allowed to go in on time but people who had walk ins and bigger parties were going before me. Also, there were favoritism between parties. I feel like I was being profiled the whole time. Even the cook showed favoritism. I mean, there’s a Benihana in Chicago, where I’m from. Never been but always heard great things even from my spouse but this visits in Vegas, really made us feel some type of way. I’ll never eat here again. I should’ve just had my first experience at home because this one sucked.

While the actual hibachi part was great, there was serious improvement needed for several of the employees attitudes. We had a reservation at 5:30, & was not seated until 6:15 with others going before us. Whenever we mentioned it to the hosts, they came up with excuses as to why & seemed annoyed by the questions. Once seated, our server was fine until she had to return a drink, then her demeanor changed. The hibachi chef was amazing, great sense of humor, very engaging. Easily the best staff there. Afterward our sever failed to inform us that fried rice was an up charge, from previous hibachi experiences it was always been an option, she went to grab a manager. The manager initially came off with the wrong body language, but after discussing our experience, his demeanor changed into a much more positive one and he made sure to compensate us for our troubles that day. Not sure if it was an off day, but it really turned me off to Benihana’s.
Lots of room with the social distancing. Only 4 per table unless you have a party of 6 or 8

Our chef was fantastic. He did all the normal teppan chef show but his magic tricks at the end was awesome !
Benihanas was nothing short of amazing! Loved the welcoming atmosphere and staff. Very well kept, clean, and the food was very delicious! I will definitely be going back in the near future. They made my birthday quite memorable.
I always go to the same place on the strip. This time around i was seated 45 minutes after my reservation and the waitress had a attitude.
Made a reservation and still had to wait over a hour to sit at a table alone .....food and appetizers took too long

Service was ok but the entertainment while cooking we didn't get any. Prices are too high for the experience to be poor.

Multiple service errors/miscommunications from waiting staff. Superb chef experience however, serving size was subpar to other local hibachi establishments in Las Vegas.
Cody was our cook. Greatest guy ever. Interactive and made the experience so much more better. You guys are lucky to have him. Made my daughter’s first time at bennihanas a wonderful experience.

Half hour after our reservation they were seating walkins ahead of us. Manager had no care in the world about us either. Horrible experience
This place was soooo good. The fried rice is amazing...our chef was super cool and everyone was so friendly.
