Bennett's provides solid fare and predictably good tableside service. The "no charge" for corkage is definitely a plus. Our only gripe is that it is difficult to carry on any sort of "low key" conversation due to the noise level of the restaurant. That said, this location (Eureka) is far better than their other location on Lonetree (Rocklin). At the Rocklin location, if one is seated indoors, conversation is a competitive sport.

Bennet's Kitchen was a great experience and I would recommend. Went with a friend to have dinner and catch up. We sat in the outdoor seating and the noise level dropped so we were able to really hear. Server was amazing, very attentive and had great follow-up.

Excellent food and service, however, when the old patio is full it is VERY noisy. There are not many tables inside, but it is MUCH quieter.

So good to eat a very well cooked prime rib ! Best ever, tender wish I asked for their mushrooms on the side. Service was excellent!

We were very disappointed with the overall experience. There were 6 of us. It took over an hour to get our food. Customers were walking in after us and receiving their main course before ours. Once the mistake was discovered, 5 of us received our food first. Our 6th member received his food when we all were almost done with our food. So noisy you could not hear our table conversation. The sun was pouring into the restaurant into the faces of three of us. The restaurant was very apologetic with the mixup and comped us have our bill and desserts. Unfortunately our experience will keep us away with big groups.

There are no restaurants in Roseville that would interest the typical traveler/diner. The highest scoring restaurants in Roseville California are mediocre at best. Leading the charge is Bennett’s. Firstly, thus restaurant is located in the sprawliest sprawl if there ever was. Massive tract neighborhoods flanked with 4 lane thoroughfares locked in with center dividers blocking one from turning left or jetting across the busy roadway to enter the desired shopping plaza. Yes - everything in Roseville is in a shopping plaza. Miles of big box stores and zero character and charm. You could be in any urban sprawl across the US - check your map to determine your time zone. Bennett’s is in one of these shopping plazas such that my Navigation took me through back alleys and bizarre cross-parking lot jaunts to get there. We arrived. We told the hostess the name on the reservation and were seated in a screened-in dining area that we didn’t realize was outside for a moment. Sunlight jammed directly into the faces of our companions sitting across from us. There were window treatments blocking the sun from other patrons faces but the one at our table didn’t seem to work or nobody cared enough about the customers comfort to bother. Server arrived and took drink orders. We added 2 appetizers to share because we were a bit peckish. Those appetizers arrived 2 minutes later - but no beverages. A few minutes later the server comes to the table and asks if we are ready to order entrees. I reminded them of the fact we hadn’t gotten our drinks yet. She mentioned the bar being backed up and went to retrieve them. We ordered entrees. I chose Steak Frites. A marinated hangar steak with fries. Simplest of meals. The steak was ok but tasted more like the grill than steak. The fries were dry and only a ramekin of ketchup accompanied the dish. Only in America does Steak Frites come with ketchup. No aioli. No Besrnaise. Just ketchup. Everyone at the table had a “meh” reaction to this restaurant.
