Frequent diners here. Always a great meal. We have started requesting Christian as our waiter. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Always sit at high top tables. Bartender does a great job serving. Food is always excellent.

I ordered the Margherita pizza and received plain cheese. My mother in law mentioned it to the waitress and she offered to make me a new one but I had already started eating it. Cheese pizza was delicious!

Poor customer service and the food was burned

I have missed going to Bertucci’s. The food was excellent and did not disappoint. We were seated right away and had great service. Great experience!

Ate outside which was nice. Worst part was had to go back inside to ask about getting served after waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out. After that everything was great.

We came to eat before an event in the area. Everything was delicious and very timely. Will definitely return again. Thank you!

We had a very young server who was awfully forgetful... we were patient but it makes the experience a little less enjoyable.

A very nice dinner... Our server Jocelyn provided excellent service. Very attentive and met our every need. Food was very good - the Burrata Caprese salad needed a few tries before the kitchen got it right. The Calabrese pizza was perfect as was the Fettucine Alfredo. Tried the new Bertucci's Rosso wine - decent and drinkable with the cuisine. Too full for dessert. A solid performer.

Birthday + Father’s Day

First time back to this location in 25 years. Food was great. Our server was outstanding. We were a party of 8 and she didn't miss a beat. She understood the needs of my grandchildren and my daughter attending them. We are all very impressed with her

The food we had was outstanding, and our waitress was very good. She checked on our table frequently, and ensured that we were well taken care of. I enjoy this restaurant a lot, and go there frequently.

The food was amazing, perfect place for Valentine's Day. Elaina was out server and she was great.

Our party of ten included 5 kids ages 5-13 and their 4 grandmothers and 1 great aunt. Everything was great. Our waitress was very attentive and extremely patient with us. We had come from Build a Bear and the kids were a little excited to say the least. 😀

Food was very good, but was slow coming out of the kitchen. Also had a very long wait for seating despite there being numerous open tables in the restaurant. They seemed to be short staffed, which was unsettling for a Thursday evening during holiday break.

i gad a snaffoo as the restaurant accidentalky cancelled my reservation after i had eaten and left. i called the manager, Rtan, who apologized and took care of it right away. excellent attirude toward a custoner. thank you

Meal and service were good. However a fire alarm went off in the building for several minutes and ruined the mood.

We are long time patrons of Bertucci's and actually used to visit the original outpost in Somerville on a regular basis. Every visit is generally a great experience with good food, friendly service and and an overall homey vibe. While many think of Bertucci's as a "pizza joint," the restaurant is much more and the recent additions to the menu have really elevated the experience. Incredible appetizers (Artisan Cheese Board and Bruschetta Burrata) and sumptuous entrees (Bistecca and Risotto) make for nice, up-scale dining without the exorbitant price tag. Desserts are all homemade and make for happy endings. The wine list could be deeper, but the selections are on-point with the food. Overall, a wonderful place to visit, which is why we make Bertucci's a regular stop for lunch or dinner.
