Bertucci's - Braintree

Service was friendly and attentive. Food was great. Enjoyed Chicken Parmesan and Nolio pizza. Both were delicious. Highly recommend giving them a try.

I didn't feel safe. The table they sat us at had crumbs on it so it wasn't sanitized between customers. The lady seating the people and handing out takeout had her mask around her chin. Although they sat every other booth, they sat people at a table in the center between the booths that I thought was too close.

My daughter and I enjoyed our recent visit to Bertucci's. Our food was very good. At 12:30, we were the only customers in the restaurant; by the time we left, there were five total parties. We felt safe and appropriately distanced the whole time. The staff was appropriately masked, conscientious, courteous, and accommodating throughout our time there. We also ordered dough to go, for later pizzas. They asked if we wanted it stretched or in a lump. Despite their having emerged from a power outage moments before we arrived, our experience was seamless and overwhelmingly positive.

Went to our favorite Bertucci's my wife had salmon they do a very good job with the salmon. I had chicken masala it was very flavorful. You got to like the Bertucci's rolls they are to die for. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I sit in the bar area you got to watch the TV set in the service seems to be faster in that area.

Our waitress did the best she could to accommodate us, but was too busy with other tables. She single handedly served all 15 of us. They were perhaps short handed that Friday night. The food was outstanding.

Went again on Friday evening to Bertucci's in Braintree. Our dining experience this night was terrible. The server was more interested in cleaning tables than waiting on that patrons that were there I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get served. The food went in the arrived was good but it was a long time to get the food I really don't think the server knew what you was doing. I would recommend this restaurant highly but I would never go on a Friday night again especially with our waitress whose name was Ashley she was terrible.

Went to Bertucci's had pizza and fantastic rolls recommend this restaurant highly my wife and I like the veggie pizza it is tremendous. Try to go on and off night Sunday is a perfect night to go for us retirees.

Again we came to this restaurant my wife had the salmon I had chicken masala find it a little strange I've eaten this meal and number of times that wasn't any mushrooms in the dish so maybe the cook forgot to to put them in more than that the it was busy and Nick our waiter was strung out running back and forth there was one bartender and one waiter in the bar area and he was strung out so he did the best that he could but he's only one person so obviously to go to this restaurant is it important to pick a slow night if you want great service.

Great Pizza and you got to love the rolls. Using Open Table makes reservations a breeze. Waiter was Nick Bartender and heis very good.

Place was not clean. Service was poor. Food was below average

Went to dinner as usual my wife had the salmon I had the chicken masala it was very very good the service was a bit to be desired it was a busy night and our waitress was waiting on a bunch of tables and moving around quite a bit so if you want to go for a great meal I would recommend going on a Monday or a Tuesday but if you have to go on Saturday expect a busy evening.

We try to go to this restaurant Monday or Tuesday which a quiet days and I usually ask for Nicholas on the bar or Philip for a server. Great local restaurant with recommended highly.

We eat at this restaurant quite often and the food is usually superb. Tonight we dined and we had a different way to his name was Octavio and he was exceptionally well trained and the service was top-notch I would rate the food 5 stars do try to dine at Bertucci's in Braintree and enjoy yourself.

We have been to this restaurant for weeks in a row on Sunday night for dinner and each time had Philip as away to nothing could be better then great food and a great way to for a to make a good time.

We had a wonderful lunch with great service. Our waitress was personable and welcoming. She made us feel very comfortable which added a great deal to our lunch at Bertucci’s. We look forward to returning.

Went on a Tuesday night to Bertucci's it was outstanding the salmon was fresh and had a lot of zeston good flavor I had chicken masala very moist very nice chicken not dried out with mushrooms and marsala sauce and crispy potatoes I would recommend this place highly I've dined here quite often staff in food are tremendous have a good day

I normally give good reviews, but this experience was quite awful. The only salvageable part of the experience was the food, but even that wasn’t exactly as ordered (though it tasted good). The service was some of the worst I’ve ever seen, as our waiter was preoccupied with a woman at the bar the entire night (in his defense, she seemed picky, but it was a lot). He brought us our food (cold) and barely talked or checked in with us the whole night. He was great for the first ten minutes, and then the service became abysmal as soon as the woman arrived. It’d be hard to make me come back here for this price. I love Bertucci’s, but this experience (and this specific branch) did not make me happy. I couldn’t wait to leave

Went to a favorite little neighborhood Restaurant in Braintree it was spectacular as usual. My wife had salmon I had the chicken masala with extra sauce and everything was cooked superbly I recommend Bertucci's in Braintree highly.not just a pizza restaurant cook really good food really good.
