Bertucci's - Manchester

Open table allowed us to make reservations when they close at 7!!!

The atmosphere was comfortable. The hostess welcomed us. Bethany our server was dutifully attentive to her customers. If we needed something she almost intuitively was right there to meet our needs. The Pucillo Pizza was awesome. And the Calabrese Chicken Wings were very tasty. One suggestion to the Chef? The wings were microwaved and served. That makes for a very moist wing. If you mike the wings and then pop them in an oven for 2-3 minutes flip them and bake them for another minute. They will come out crispy just as if they were deep-fried.

The food was not good at all. The pasta sauce was watery and lacked flavor.

Server was sweet, service was great

Reservation was confirmed at time of booking and day of event. We arrived at the restaurant for Christmas Eve dinner and the restaurant was closed.

Hard to find. It’s actually inside the mall. Service was poor, got the order wrong. But what I did get was good.

There is a reason why this location is busy. They are very good at what they do. My only complaint is when I said I have a reservation made on Open Table the host seemed confused. Luckily they still had room for our big group.

Always great pizza at Bertucci's. The highlight of the evening was our server Audrey. Although it was apparently her first night, she took our orders, got our drinks and served up our pizza quickly and efficiently. She was attentive and professional - and such a great personality!

Food was good. Service was very slow. Bathrooms were extremely dirty.

Not good service and not good food. We waited twenty minutes from when I was sat to when a server came over to greet us and get us drinks and then another twenty minutes after our meal was done before we even saw her to ask for the check.

We brought my son here for a birthday celebration, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server was especially kind and patient as my son has autism. Wonderful evening!

Kind of loud. There was a large group at the time we were there so... Pizza was ok but not great. A little too well done for my liking. But the staff were very friendly and prompt.

It’s mall food, sort of

The hostess couldn’t have been more unwelcoming. Not even an attempt at a smile. She didn’t know how to check me in so that I would get my points. Food was terrible. My meatballs were cold. The rolls were the only highlight. Service was great

Happily ate a great meal with family feeling confident food allergy management was taken serious. Can’t overstate our appreciation for the care taken by everyone at Bertucci’s!

Our server was excellent. Everything was brought hot directly from the brick oven instead of sitting under heat lamps. The pizza we ordered (The Sporkie) is consistently excellent. This particular location is quite noisy given it's mall location, but what can you expect from this kind of family restaurant? We love the pizza, the sandwiches and the salads. And let's not forget the rolls.....ah, those Bertucci's rolls!

We visited Bertucci's in Manchester, NH for a Baby Shower for my sister. All of the people that I worked with as I tried to plan were extremely helpful and accommodating. :) We reserved the tables in advance via OpenTable and the staff at Bertucci's was very kind in allowed me to drop off a few decorations for the table prior to the event. When we arrived, our table looked lovely! I wish I could remember the name of our server because she was delightful - very attentive and accommodating! She gave us lots of their delicious warm rolls (YUM! One of our favorite things at Bertucci's!) and plenty of salad while we waited for our meals. She really did a great job fulfilling all of our requests and making sure our drinks were full and that we were happy. I'm really thankful also that they made my sister feel special and that we did not feel like we were an inconvenience. Would definitely recommend visiting Bertucci's in Manchester for delicious food and great service. :)

Manager John was great. Our wait was a little longer than it should have been as our reservation was for 6:15pm and didn't get seated until about 6:40pm...he was very helpful in getting us seated a quick as possible and made sure we were happy. John went over and above to ensure our happiness. Our server Josh was equally as great. Our drinks were never empty and our food came out hot and timely. I can't say enough about the service they provided us. I am a restaurant owner and i am usually a pretty harsh critic due to the overall lack of service standards that i am seeing in the industry as a whole due to the market being flooded with new businesses everyday and the shrinking labor pool to choose from. I was impressed with these gentlemen and would hire them to work for me in a second. Thank you.

Burtuccis is a clasic restuarunt for going to the mall. It is a great option and I would definately recommend it to a friend.

Server was inattentive. Pasta undercooked. Sauce had no flavor.

A reliable place for good pizza and drinks. We had exceptionally good service from Erin.
