Bertucci's - Plymouth

It was great but you did not check us in when we arrive - please do so.

It had a great selection even for the kids who ate every bite which is rare. Just great pizza all around.

Food was so,so. The chicken Piccata was drenched in heavy , thick sauce and the chicken was pre made fried patty.
The marinara sauce for the pasta did not have enough tartness and was watery.
All in all it was not a good experience and doubt that we will ever return to the restaurant.
Will our waiter was relatively new and was assigned too many tables ending up in slow service. He was okay.

We always hit up this place when we swing through town. The service is what really makes or breaks our experience. And lastnight was fantastic. Our server was quick, friendly and didn’t forget any requests we made.

We had been there a few times and had so so experience. We thought we try it again over the weekend. Inspite of several menu items not being available, our experience was very good because our server Ryan was awesome. Great customer service.

Bertuccis is a reliable Italian restaurant brand that has consistently good food at reasonable prices. There are many specials available with specific restrictions and requirements that can sometimes cause confusion for both customers and staff. You can get better quality at other restaurants, but probably not at these prices.

The chicken Parmesan was cold and seemed like frozen chicken patties vs fresh chicken breads on site

We’ve been there 2 Saturday’s in a row and service was just not good. There was 1 person for our entire section so we were just waiting for refills and food. I know staffing is low due to safe distancing but we might do take our next time

Food was plentiful. We were the only people in there on a Saturday night. Server was hostess too.

After all the restaurant closures to onsite dining, it is nice to be able to go out again. The outdoor patio was pleasant and the service was great,

Grandson’s birthday

We were very rushed. Unfortunately, our waitress wasn't the best as she rushed us through our dinner, never asking if we wanted dessert. Disappointed to say the least. Our experience lasted just over a half hour.

They are not as good as before. Something is missing.

The food is always fresh and hot and the restaurant staff is excellent and attentive.

Was a quiet weeknight. Service was fine. Sporky pizza was flavorless and undercooked. Spaghetti and meatballs just ok. Expected better.

Great restaurant for groups and families but not for a quite conversation. The food is consistently delicious and the pizza is JUST RIGHT, especially the crust!

We sat at our table for 20 minutes before we flagged one of the servers down that were passing by ignoring us. Our table had not been assigned a server. The one that got us was very nice, but was rushed. Perhaps by getting an extra table? We will not be rushing back

Our server was so attentive. Nothing was a chore for her to give us what we asked for the entire meal. Very sweet and nice. I think her name was Nicole.

A reliable family choice for dinner or lunch. The food is good. Service can be slow when busy.

We had a wonderful time! It was our first night of vacation with a 4 year old and two one year olds but the service was excellent, the food was exactly what we wanted/needed and everyone had a great time!

We all liked our meals. The included salad and bread for the table was great. Only complaint is I wish lunch dishes had a little more protein, seemed to have less than half of what dinner portion got.

I was impressed with the service of our server. However the person responsible for confirming reservations and dealing with people without reservations was overwhelmed. We had a 7P reservation and had to check in three times to the status of our seating. We finally were seated at 7:30P. Bartender was responsible for serving a 12 person bar an taking/serving food orders for 12/15 tables. The staff worked very well together but was truly under staffed for the volume. I feel that open table could have assisted greatly in monitoring the amount of reservations that were made and confirmed.
