As in every restaurant in our state it was a quiet lunch, just me and another table.
But when I arrived there was a take order of 90 pizzas going out.

Even with reservations we ended up waiting, wait staff didn’t check in at the table or ask how the food was. I had to flag the waitress down for silverware and refills on drinks. Over all I’ve had better experiences else ware

If you have been to one Bertucci's they are basically all the same. It is basically fast food for adults - you know that you are going to leave full and still have cash on hand. The experience is the same be it Boston or Virginia.
Birthday celebration
My family and I enjoyed our dinner there on Mother's Day. Our server was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious and hot. One exception was the chicken Ceasar salad. My daughter only got 3 pieces of chicken. Not enough for that big salad. Other than that, everything was great.

My time at Bertucci's was fairly good. The customer service was very nice. I was seated immediately after I arrived, and my waitress was kind and humorous. The food wait time was standard, and the food was good. I would recommend Bertucci's to anyone.
This is one of the restaurants we eat at regularly. The food is always prepared with care. The rolls are fabulous and baked frequently. The salad is always fresh. They have no microwave or deep fryer. Be sure to sign up for their E mail club so you will get very good discount offers.

We have never had a bad experience here at Bertucci's at the Solomon Pond Mall. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is excellent. Every time you go in you're greeted by the server with hot rolls. They also have a very nice selection of wine. We had the cannolis for the desert. Outstanding!
Easy reservation with open table with great birthday dinner experience
We had made a reservation in advance and our table was ready when we arrived. We brought our 2 grandkids who can be fussy about things being just what they're used to - they loved what they ordered! I very much enjoyed my veg pizza and my husband uncharacteristically chose a chicken dish which he was very pleased with.

The dinner for 2 option at $35 was excellent. Salad, Chicken Picata, then a desert to share was perfect!

Welcoming atmosphere, great location (attached to Solomon Pond Mall), and great service. Server was more than happy to accommodate my food allergy (getting a pizza without cheese) and the rest of my party was satisfied. The food was great, not out-of-this-world, but everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. Pastas and pizza are the main menu options so if you are looking for greater variety, it may not be the place you wanna go. I would visit them again though! Good job Bertuccis
Although we live 40 minutes away ,Bertucci's Marlboro is our favorite everyday restaurant. The food is cooked properly. They have no microwave or deep fryer. The rolls are baked fresh frequently, as the server tells us they are hot. The lunches start at 8.95 which includes unlimited salad and bread sticks. I consider the prices on the low side for the quality they offer. You won't be disappointed. Join their E Club for special offers and discounts.
Good food, nice atmosphere. Nice to see it was on the OpenTable list for reservations, as it was crowded for the Christmas shopping season. We got pizza and salad. Pizza was delicious, and the salad and rolls were great as usual. Our server Shubhum did an excellent job. He was attentive, and always had a very positive attitude. Great to see such good service at Bertucci's.
We love Bertucci's ! But wish you would stop with the Italian jazz music please.

Very non professional, non cordial and kind of ill informed server. Food not as good as other similar restaurants. I think quality went down. Earlier experience at Westborough Bertucci’s was decent. Feel bad.
I have always been pleased with all aspects of my dining many times at bertucci's. Since they have no microwave or deep fryer; the food can only be much better. All of their servers are excellent.
