Bertucci's - Westboro

Great food, good prices. New server, poor guy was clueless. Has anyone ever heard of training?

We find the pandemic cleaning and social distancing measures taken very seriously at this Bertucci's Westborough location. As such, we feel safe and have dined there often. Not to mention that the food is delicious and gives me a night off from cooking! I would recommend checking it out.

Even though I said it was my birthday they never Knowledged that In the past so you would get a free piece a cake

Bertucci’s has an excellent setup to restart indoor dining. We were spaced appropriately and the staff was very professional and had masks on at all time. Food was excellent. Glad to be back.

Were excited to get back to dining out and went for an anniversary. Kitchen was busy cause they were still doing a lot of takeout but didn’t impact the quality at all!

Excellent food, excellent service!
Rolls were fresh and hot! They are using social distening. Everyone was mask and gloves. This is a very safe restaurant to dine at!
I would make a reservation due to only seating at half capacity

We had a wonderful and attentive waitress who kindly answered our questions and helped select a bottle of wine for the table. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Tasty and served timely and hot. The noise level was a bit high but sitting in a booth helped a great deal. The 4 of us hadn't been to Bertucci's in years and we all wondered why since everything was so great. We'll be back!

Great visit at Bertucci’s and had a coupon so that helped! I was very impressed with Deni, our server. Very bright kid, super personable and offered fantastic service! I would go back just for him!!

We went on a Monday evening for dinner. Our usual fav eatery had scaled back their hours.
The food at Bertucci's is very lackluster these days. Skimpy pizza toppings. Bland sauces.
One waiter was holding down the fort (or maybe it just seemed like one waiter), and his heart was not in it.

Every aspect of this Bertucci’s’s service outstanding—from the manager inspiring my children to create shapes with pizza dough (later to be baked into form) to our server transforming the customary kids meal Hoodsies into sundaes. My girls were thrilled, which, in turn, thrilled me. The food was quite tasty, too.

We all had different kinds of pizza with plenty to bring home. The waitress was excellent and helpful. It was quiet when we first arrived but got really busy as we sat eating. Overall a great restaurant. We've been before and we will return again.

Pizza very disappointing. Remember it being very good. Not so now.

Pizza was good. On a scale of 1-10 I'd rate it an 8. We had a very nice waitress.

Everything about it was just ok. But the bread is a ten!

We have eaten there in the past with no issues and have enjoyed the food and service. This past time, service was terrible. It was a busy Saturday evening which I understand, however- we had a reservation and we still sat after 3 different couples. They had all ordered and had the food and were leaving prior to us getting our dishes that came out from 3 different servers at 5 different times. It was terrible. Our waitress was mia so difficult to get the check (we were seated by the door and well aware of the ins and outs of the restaurant and we were still stuck there long after many tables who seated after us). We were never offered our dessert or the ice creams that came with the kids meals. It was one of the worst service I ever had, not sure if it was the waitresses fault or not. I never leave reviews but feel compelled as we left there frustrated and not wanting to return to one of our go to places

Extremely busy and had to wait 10 minutes despite reservation. Once seated, service was good. Food was rather bland and not much flavor. Chicken Parma was average and pasta was over cooked. Bread rolls and dipping sauce excellent and consistent.

Service was great, especially for an extremely busy Saturday night. Food was wonderful.

It's pretty clear that with their recent bankruptcy, Bertuccis has just given up. Food and service was absolutely horrible even though the restaurant was half empty on a Friday night.

My son was so delighted to have a mom date for Valentine’s Day. Everything was wonderful!

I have to say I was a bit wary after reading a few reviews for this specific location. I've been to several Bertucci locations over the years, but never this one. I can't say this is my absolute favorite, but everything was absolutely fine and worth the visit and we wouldn't hesitate to visit this location again. Service and seating staff were "fine" - not outstandingly friendly, but no issues either. The food was great really - signature yummy rolls and dipping oil - and butter for my little guy that prefers that. Refilled rolls with a new basket of warm ones while we waited. Our order was simple this visit - a kids cheese pizza and a large Bruschetta and Sporkie for the rest of us to share. The Bruschetta was GREAT - super tasty and I would look forward to having it again. I didn't have the Sporkie, but good reviews on that as well. The only food item I wasn't over the top about was the kids cheese pizza, which looked a little sad to me personally, though my son ate it and liked it well enough. All in all, definitely would not be concerned about bad reviews based on our experience. :D

We recently read that Bertucci's was under new ownership and that he was focused on bringing it back to it's previous excellence. (The pizza had remained good throughout, but take out orders were a disaster (never correct), so we stopped going.) Visit was very disappointing. The place was very busy. Though we ordered fairly quickly (ordered drinks and food at the same time), it took a long time for drinks and then for the food to come. Waiter said place was slammed by take out orders causing everything to be very slow. My father's pizza was cold, my cod limon was barely warm and the pasta was stuck together and had no flavor. Need to do a better job!

The Westboro location did not have a good selection of beers on tap. They also didnt offer a cocktail menu, like so many places do. The food was ok, nothing special

Spaghetti and meatballs - 4 meatballs that were served a dark gray interior and pretty tasteless; Pomodoro sauce was a tablespoon or two so requested additional; rolls were hot and very good. Service was fine. Was not impressed.

Hands down the worst meal ever consumed in a restaurant. Place was empty, yet waitress disappeared for endless amount of time then would come back and say she was so busy (several other servers working and maybe 2-3 other tables occupied).

Mushroom risotto looked like it came from a microwave dinner box after it had been run over in the parking lot.

Meal for 4 with no appetizers or alcoholic drinks took like 90 minutes and cost over $100.

I’ve been to lots of Bertuccis and had a nice meal. This was awful! Never again.

Pizza was overcooked and did not taste fresh. Server was outstanding. Very loud environment. Had to keep saying, “What?” We couldnt hear each other.

reserved online; showed up to a packed house, However they accommodated us in front of the non-reservation crowd. really appreciated that ans then the service was great, this is a smaller bertuccis so the wait staff has less tables, making it a good fit if you reserve a table.

My girlfriends food was completely burnt and my dish the cheese wasnt even melted and was still cold. The worst part was the manager brought the food out to us. Did she not check her food before she serves it. Would not come back

We had reservations for a party of 5 and were seated right away. The service was excellent and the food was great. Everyone was pleased with their meal. We have always been pleased with this location.

Portions get smaller while prices get higher.
Price of entree went up significantly and now you need to pay extra for salad.

Good, consistent, fresh food with good service. Reasonable prices. Some new additions to the menu (seafood options) were nice and enjoyed by 2 from our party. It was a little loud, so it was sometimes hard to hear others at the other end of our 8-top table - the only minor issue. I would eat here again.
