Bertucci’s offers great deals all the time. We get their fabulous pizza a couple of nights each month. My husband loves their chicken Parmesan and I have several favorite pastas and entrees. Their Tuscan chicken wings are wonderfully spicy. Their rolls are always fresh and delicious. The cocktails are good and reasonably priced. Service is quick and friendly. Love it here.

Due to Covid definitely quite. Overall service was great and food was good with quick service.

This Bertuccis pizza is better than a couple in the north shore.

We appreciated they extra attention they gave to a member of our party who was gluten free.

The meal was ok. There were 5 adults and 1 child. The grilled chicken wings as apetizer were the best part of the meal. The adults had chicken Parmesan, grilled chicken caesar salad, shrimp scampi, large fig n prosciutto pizza and pasta alfredo. There meals were ok. Not bad.. we also had 2 large pitchers of white sangrias. $42 per pitcher was a bit much... overall, It was an ok meal.

We book reservations at Bertucci's regularly through Open Table and we always get immediate attention. We are particularly confident that we will have a good visit when Chris is assigned as our waiter. He is attentive and does a great job. We will be back soon!

Most meals have become overpriced. Ladies room needs to be refreshed.

Took an hour to get our food and the restaurant wasn't even full. We got a large Silano, it definitely was not the same Silano as we have gotten in the past. We wanted a substitute for the broccoli on our Marsala and didn't get it.

Our server was great. He was busy however took the time to acknowledge us. He continuously checked in on us throughout our stay. Food took very long to come out. Spinach dip was soupy but tasty. Eggplant was very mushy and the roasted broccoli was very dry and had no taste.

The bathroom was a disgrace and was not checked on by the staff. If staff took a few minutes to check on it......it would not have been in the condition it was in.

I overheard other diners complains about the food.

The margarita pizza and caesar salad were very good. We had given up on the Lexington location and decided to go back to the Woburn location. Much better! It's pretty strange that the same chain has such different results. We will be back to the Woburn Bertucci's.

Dinner at Bertucci’s was good. Definitely busy which is expected on a Saturday night. However, our open table reservation was not to be found in the system. Pretty disappointed with that. The host just looked at us, shrugged his shoulders and said well, technology. You get what you get.

We had the most horrible nightmare experience!! Can’t believe how we were treated today . First we waited for 10 minutes to get seated with no hostess at the front ( we had a reservation) .
After one hour of waiting for a meal we finally got up and left . The worst part was , that the waitress throughout our wait , kept blaming the chef the whole time for delay and then an hour later when the pizza showed up, it was half cooked and only one of the 3 orders we had placed . Apparently she never put the order for one of the pizzas .
When we got up to leave, the hostess asked us if we wanted to see the manager , they brought one of the cook from behind the pizza oven counter who they said was the manager.
The guy blamed the waitress , telling us that she had messed up the order and never placed our order and then she was begging them to put our order out in 5 min and that is why he said the pizza was uncooked !!! Really !!!!!! You would serve your clients uncooked pizza due to internal mishaps ???
He didn’t even sound or feel apologetic other than blaming their waitress . We left hungry and no food after over an hour of waiting for our food .
Ughhh what a disgusting experience!! Awful and horrible , is least to say.

We come to this Bertucci's often. The service on this occasion was absolutely terrible from waiting for a drink to getting our order. One member of our party finally got her order, but waited until the other person at the table was served at least 10 minutes later. Of course, her dinner was cold by then!

Hadn't been there in over a year. Was able to make a reservation. We were seated immediately. Menu has changed naturally, but we found what we wanted. My dining companions both ordered the fettucini alfredo with chicken, which they both said was delicious. I ordered pizza, which was cold and under cooked. Didn't complain. I could have sent it back, but there was always the chance of it ending up burnt. All three of us took our leftovers home. My pizza was great reheated and the fettucini was just as good as if it was served at the restaurant.
Would definitely go back to give it a try again.

Disappointed tat the Lobster & Shrimp Rossini has been discontinued.

Horrible service

We ordered a lg cheese pizza and to our surprise we got a free lg cheese to take home. Although my aunt ordered a tomato soup that was toooo salty to eat. The waitress offered us another soup of her choice or even a take home soup but my aunt did decline. Either way the waitress was awfully nice and accommodating.

Love Bertuccis and have for years...came here for lunch today and the food was great but the service was the really the worst I have had in over 15-20 years of coming to Bertuccis.

Our server was very uninformed about the menu and beverages. She prioritized clearing empty tables over service and had to come back to ask if rose wine was red or pink.

When the rose came, it tasted like white wine with campari in it, and I am not kidding that I think it was, since our server didn't know what rose was to begin with and campari with white wine is what it tasted like to my alcohol loving palate. My partner did not say anything as she likes campari...

All of our food came out at the same time as well. Bertuccis platter, salad, and menucci pizzas were put on the table within 2-3 min of each other. We felt rushed in and out overall and and our food got cold since there was so much set out at once.

There should be server assistants or a manager helping out so these things do not happen...Not impressed and we will drive a bit further away next time to go to another bertuccis location since we love the food and concept overall.

It Was basic American Italian chain food. It was ok. Pizza was burnt we sent it back and was credited without an issue! After we each ate a slice. The waiter was efficient and friendly so it was was fine.

The person who sat us was friendly and efficient. Our waitress was amazing and seemed to know what we needed before we even asked for it (ex: butter with rolls in addition to oil, etc.).

Manager was cold and unfriendly. We were staying at a hotel and had a coupon. We forgot the coupon but hoped he would honor it. He insisted we go back to the hotel to get it even after I showed him our room key from the local hotel where they left the coupons. I opted not to as the kids were hungry. The waitress was very nice.

Excellent service and excellent food. Lola is an excellent server and very personable.

My entre, rissoto with mushrooms and proscuitto was tasty, but all the same. I would like some other colors and tastes to come through. I would not order this again.
Overall, our dinner was over-priced for the quality of cooking.

The meal was very good but the house wine we ordered was greatly overpriced. I did not know the price until I received the check. That was an unpleasant surprise..

Each time I’m at that restaurant I have found ladies room to be well below acceptable standards

Good food. Great waitress. Overall, great experience.

I thought the service and food on Saturday was below par. We had trouble getting our waitresses' attention a number of times and we also had an issue with our food with our pasta being overcooked and watery.

The food was very good, I’m gluten free and there options worked fro me, cauliflower pizza crust was very good.
Our waitress was outstanding, she had to work with 3 kids under 5.
We will go back

Lasagna wad served in a round, shallow, casserole dish. Bottom layer was burnt and stuck to the dish. It had to be chiseled off. Shrimp Rossini was a little spicyer than in the past.

I met a friend at 1:30 for a late lunch. There were only about 6 occupied tables, but we waited over 20 minutes before someone took our order which was problematic since I had to return to work within 1.5 hours. Service is always fast when it's busy, I don't know what happened this time.

Great night out with friends. Bertucci’s never lets us down! Our waitress Lola was wonderful!

The food was good as usual. Service was great. I believe our server’s name is Jessica. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Definitely an asset to the restaurant.

Chicken Marsala was dry and not very tasty. I will not order it again

I’d made the reservation online, but when I arrived with the 7 kids, teens and 8 year olds, the hostess seemed confused even though I could see my name on her screen. She had to call someone else over to consult with. When we were seated it was clearly a table for 6, luckily the kids were able to squish in. Our server was lovely, but obviously over assigned. The kitchen also seemed understaffed, as it took quite a long time for our order to be delivered. Kids liked their meals and ate every bite! I would certainly go back again... maybe not during school vacation week.
