Service was absolutely brilliant and food was delicious!
It was very busy, service was really slow. Waited 20mins between starters and mains. My steak and truffle oil was warm. Second poor meal we have had there, so won’t be going back
Amazing Green Chicken curry. Good service, not too busy but booking was a must as big queues at 12.15.
Love the variety of dishes on the menu, whether it’s a light bite or full three courses.
Lovely food, excellent presentation & service! We both had the Halloumi burger. Quick service. I recommended booking.
Our family experience at Bills yesterday was just okay. The wait time for our table to be ready was longer than usual and the food was very disappointing. My husband and I ordered the 8oz sirloin steak which came with rosemary fries, garlic butter and a green salad. The waitress asked if we would like any sauce to accompany our steak and we both agreed on peppercorn sauce and we ordered a Hamburger from the kid’s menu for our son. All three of us found the meat over cooked and the taste of chargrill was overbearing. Our steak meals also did not come out with the garlic butter which I feel I would have preferred as the peppercorn sauce had a strong alcoholic taste to it. Not a satisfying meal experience at all and the waitress failed to tell us that the peppercorn sauce was not complimentary or part of our order.
Really lovely pre-shopping breakfast in a Covid secure environment. Worth booking. Staff were very attentive

Unfortunately there was no avacado in the restaurant, halloumi was overcooked and tomatoes weren't freshly cooked.
Always good food at Bills, just a shame they always seem to be out of something when I go. Service was good and the food we had was lovely.

Would highly recommend this restaurant in Bluewater. The food was excellent as was the service and the value; and in particular the staff who took very good care of us, and the Medical Detection Dog in training, that we brought with us.

Well managed expectations with 2 que's outside the venue for booked & non bookings. Taken to table on time. Very clean & plenty of room not over crowed in seating area offered.
Staff friendly and polite. Food always on point. Really pleased in these unprecedented times that your breakfast menu wasn't reduced as the 3 of us have a different favourite to order.
Food was good and freshly cooked and staff were attentive and helpful however, will not rush back anytime soon.
We were greeted by staff well protected and asked to use sanitiser before being seated, which was absolutely fine but, were very surprised at the number of people eating.
It didn’t appear that any tables had been removed and there was no obvious distance between tables.
Would suggest that Bills need to review their seating plans to make things more comfortable.
Greeted pleasantly with a good morning, shown were to sit told name of waitress and coffee was on it's way,after ordering some food it wasn't long before it came piping hot, we were never rushed or hassled, I would recommend any bills restaurant as I've been in a few of them.
Great food and excellent service. Good options for allergy sufferers.
Food was served surprisingly quick which made me question the freshness of the product. Waitresses forgot numerous parts of the order and had to keep asking for water, extra sauces and clean cutlery.
Not the normal experience as we usually have a much better meal.
An enjoyable meal - 2 of us had burgers which were very tasty and nicely cooked. The rosemary fries don’t work- it’s just a few rosemary bits that gave no different taste to naked chips - perhaps try grinding them in a pestle and mortar. The pea pancake was enjoyed by my wife. Server did not ask if we wanted sauces etc which we did, so took several minutes to obtain.
No point booking a time slot for your table, was still asked to queue up and was waiting 15minutes past our time.
Love Bill’s brilliant food and reasonably priced.
Great service, staff were really friendly and helpful, perfect timing of getting drinks, taking orders, bringing the food etc. Tuna tacos were fantastic as a starter and steaks were cooked perfectly. With their set menu still on up to 50% off Monday to Wednesday, you will not get a better lunch for better value anywhere. Never been before but I would highly recommend Bill’s in Bluewater, superb all round.
Always love bills have been to the bluewater one a few times now and always great. I think its evan better now you can book a table save having to que up. Our waitress was very good. Shame they have to wear those thick masks I think they should have face Sheilds as it can be noisy in there and the masks make.it so.much harder I dread to think how hard of hearing people or deaf people manage. Also gets very warm in there.

We’ve eaten at bills on many occasions but this time the food was cold and didn’t seem freshly made, scrambled eggs were rubbery, toast was hard as though it had been reheated. It was just poor.
Took advantage of the Mon-Wed 50% off menu, nice variety and very good service

Food was very tasty our chicken skewers meal was a little on the small size.
Food was nice as always at Bill's restaurants but the service was appalling. Our main was bought out before our starters and we had to ask 4 times for a glass of water. No social distancing in the restaurant. We were sat only 1m apart from 3 other tables of diners and the staff were not wearing their masks over their noses. Very unlikely I will return which is a shame as the food is good
The food was lovely, the value for money wasn’t good in relation to the drink. The milkshake was way over priced for the tiny serving. I asked my waitress for no rosemary on the food and when the meal came out it had rosemary all over it.
The booking was for 13:30 but when I arrived they had overbooked and we had to join a long queue.
I would go to bills again but not the Bluewater branch.
We visit regularly and the quality and service standards have remained very high if fact excellent
Food and service were excellent.
I am not happy about the 12.5% service charge being added to the bill. I will reward good service with the waiter when its deserved. It's not the place of the restaurant to be adding a service charge to the bill, regardless of actual service received. I also note that the charge used to be 10%, but is now 12.5% just to make the annoyance even worse.
Perfect venue for a gathering with friends - ultra CV safe and could not fault menu, staff, ambience and value.
Great service from all staff, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely food, fantastic coffee and a nice experience overall. A bit pricey but that won’t stop us from coming back and soon!

Always use Bills for my weekly 'guilty pleasure' of a Bills Brunch, can't fault the place, all the negatives on here and elsewhere re: Covid, get a life people!!!

Great service, fantastic food. Good following of covid guidelines. Surprised we were all put at one end with an empty restaurant the other end. However good restaurant to eat out in this current time.
