The waitress who served us at the end to take our payment was so rude to us, not sure why we paid the service charge when the service was poor

Wonderful having bills back and open, has always been a firm favourite with the family. Portion size is great and the quality of food is perfect.
Service was poor they didn’t know we were coming left waiting at the door for over 5 mins should be someone hosting many items for cocktails out of stock disappointing really as had good service in the past the Bill was over £200 so I would have expected better!
Would I come again to this branch? Probably not
More importantly would I recommend this branch no sadly not
always enjoy Bill's. Perhaps another couple of vegetarian/vegan options.

Just had a bit of a bad day for lunch on the weekend. They got my order wrong, so got my food later than everyone else. Then arrived missing the sauce. Then turned out the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through so the had to bring out extra chicken that had been cooked properly.
The manager ended up taking over our table as the waiter was not attentive even after all the mistakes. They did not charge me for my meal but the whole experience was really not great and normally I have a good experience at Bill's. Maybe it was just this branch or just a bad day for the team.

Food is lovely. But service wasn’t great our food arrived before our drinks. Plus our food was left on the bar for a good 10 mins before it was actually bought over to us.
Excellent food, lovely service and environment. Only downside was that the toilets were really smelly! It was a shame as that put us off a bit but everything else was great
Service was not great at all. They were quiet and staff still took ages bringing drinks out. The starters to took a while and then our plates were not cleared after ages. Our mains did not arrive until nearly 30 mins after and I had to ask how long it will be as my child was getting hungry. Starters were very nice but the mains were disappointing. My chicken was dry and the macaroni cheese was dry and could have done with some more sauce. Won’t be going back in a rush!
The service was excellent and the food was well cooked as ordered .
Once seated we waited a very long time to be served. Eventually we got a drink but the one my friend ordered was not available. It took 1 hour before the starter arrived. The main course my friend ordered was unavailable. My main course looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen too long. Salmon was dried out and rice was stodgy and cold. Waiter offered to take the main off the bill but subsequently took my whole meal off the bill which was a nice gesture. He admitted that they were very understaffed. Very disappointing as I usually enjoy a meal at Bills.
We go for Breakfast as a family most Sundays now and we love it at Bills Bracknell! Thanks to all the staff, especially during what is an almost impossible time for the hospitality sector - we'll keep coming in as long as we are able to!
We’d booked a table for a Saturday lunch as we’ve enjoyed Bills before. On the whole not a great experience this time. The service wasn’t great at all, we continuously felt we’d been tucked in a corner and forgotten about. We had to ask for menus, we had to ask for new cutlery for our main as the cutlery was taken with our stater, and we had to ask for items that had been got wrong on the order. Things took so long my wife’s food had gone cold, whilst we waited for cutlery. The restaurant didn’t seem that busy, so hard to understand why we kept having to ask for things that we’d expect to be provided with. The food itself was nice enough but not a cheap meal for a Saturday lunch so we didn’t feel this was value for money at all.
Beautiful food. Loved the nude burger which allowed me to dine during my diet without feeling too over indulgent!
Brought my disabled brother who despite his appearancesl was treated very well and with lots of patience which was really appreciated.

Really nice place to dine out. We went for breakfast and had a lovely time. There wasn't a long wait for the food, and when it arrived it was presented really well and tasted lovely. Will definitely be returning for lunch or dinner in the near future.

Visited Bills for a lunch treat and the food and service was very good.
My order arrived quickly and tasted delicious with a cloudy apple juice too.
Food was hot and delivered quickly. Good quality food, however our food arrived before our two lattes. The service was awful. Took 20minutes before someone acknowledged us and took a drinks order. They then added a service charge on the bill, when we asked to get this removed, no apology for the poor service. Disappointing.
Went for a catch up with a friend, the food was really good and the service was great, glad we went there.

Service for each course was very slow given the restaurant was fairly empty...adding a 12.5 % service charge to the bill was over the top!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, staff helpful & friendly, food tasty, atmosphere great.
Not for the first time it just doesn’t get it quite right! It’s the little things like a giant tea pot but just enough water for one cup. And the bake beans were cold - and the replacements arrived just as I finished the meal. And when the manager asked if everything was ok it would have been nice if he had waited to hear the response.
Luckily we did get served the right meals - unlike a couple of other tables.
It’s a shame as overall it is a nice place with decent enough food but it could be so much better.
