Polite, friendly staff. Food was delicious. The lady that showed us to the door was lovely. Hand sanitiser and took and temp. I felt safe inside.
Wonderful service and nice foods
Order was wrong and took 20 minutes to come out correctly, drinks took forever, dessert took forever - overall a poor experience - wouldn’t go back even if I had all the time in the world to wait for food - wasn’t even busy.
Very popular breakfast/ brunch spot. Food very honest & tasty with a great price. Family friendly

Definitely worth a visit.
Took 15 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. We appreciated that there are extra measures due to COVID but we have dined at a number of other establishments that have managed a swift entrance despite the additional checks.
When we finally reached the front of the queue another member of staff came over and butted in at the till so that they could run a bill for a customers table, so we were again asked to wait.
Seated next to a drafty window.
No check back after 30 mins and we had to try and catch the eye of a member of staff and call over someone to ask if we could order.
Asked for water, never received it.
Finally our food came.... an hour after we had arrived... our meals were average.
No one came to our table to ask if things were ok, if we wanted anything else or to clear our plates.
Once again we struggled to call someone over to pay.
Quite literally zero service but we still paid our 12.5% which was essentially day light robbery. Needless to say we won’t return again.
Good food and ambience. Not too sure about the service. We felt that the staffs looked tired and really didn’t want to be there. They seemed a bit snappy when we asked them questions.
What a real shame. There was some issues with gas supply, so therefore the full menu was not available. Fair enough but to then order & 10 mins later to be told sorry there was none of that left, was not good.
We stayed as we were not likely to get in anyway else now but not even a complementary drink or deduction to the bill, is not good customer service.
Under the present climate, you want customers to come back......we will have to see.
Didn’t have gas so no food. But place is nice and staff really helpful and friendly.
Menu dumbed down from Original Bill's, but adequate. Not that exciting and burgers and buttermilk chicken slightly dry.
Drinks too ages to come out, food took ages to come out. Food wasn't nice at all defiantly wouldn't return.
Good service - team were understaffed
Not sure I will go back as felt that the restaurant was too crowded and tables too close together during the Covid period.
The team were very good at taking temperatures and hand sanitizers however restaurant too full and crowded.
The service was so poor that we were there for over two hours and only managed a starter and main despite our order being taken immediately. Could not catch any attention from staff to see the dessert menu. When we eventually received the menu, a further 25 minutes passed of us trying to get their attention to order. We gave up and asked for the bill - pretending that we had to leave to catch a film screening so we could get the bill quicker.
The bread was too soft and the truffle mac and cheese tasted like there was no truffle in it at all.
Favourite restaurant but that's twice in a row now that we've been and haven't had good service.

A lovely restaurant will funky eclectic interior. The staff are lovely and it’s such a relaxed atmosphere.

Nice ambience, easy booking online. Central Greenwich so good meeting place. Food was very tasty and well presented.

With Bill's offering they discounted menu Mon - Wed, this is a good time to visit. Plenty of choice and tables well spaced out even for a relatively small space. Food delivered in good time.
Awful experience, the salmon and crab risotto was so bad myself and my partner couldn’t eat it.
We still are yet to receive a full refund from Bill’s.
My daughters bday
Food was poor and they served starters with mains. Service was slow. Even with the reduction of the service charge and 1 meal, it felt like bad value for money. Won't be going back under any circumstances.
Always good in Bills especially the Sea Bass with Avocado wow
Was waiting outside until he rain for nearly 45mins, way before breakfast finished. Ended up booking a slot for 12 after waiting and was refused breakfast
Poor service and food
The hallumi sticks were delish... Our first waiter was attentive, the second was not. Overall, the food wasn't too bad, so I would go again.
Food and drinks arrived quickly, upstairs area quiet (Covid) but it overall, it was fine.
Slow service from when we arrived. Stood at the door for 5 minutes for a temperature check which is fine, but to be told to go and find our guests ourselves as they were were already seated somewhere. Slow on drinks order, food took a while considering the items we chose were under the ‘speedy menu’. Mac n cheese was tasty, fish finger sandwich was tricky to eat as bread wasn’t cut in half and goujons just fell out. Had to chase a server for coffee and then again the bill. Overall an underwhelming experience.
Found a hair in my food and it was cold. Waiting outside queuing in the rain.
Terrible service, we were waiting 20 minutes before someone came to take our order and food came before our drinks.

We had a great time at Bill's. The waiter/waitresses were very helpful and professional. It felt like a great atmosphere, and even with having to leave at 10pm, they were very thoughtful and kindly. The food was yum too! Thanks :)
Lovely service, but had to send both our mains back for not being cooked enough. The wait time for the food was quite long, understandable due to having to cut work staff due to Covid and it being a Friday eve. From previous experiences I would recommend this place, but not based on this one.
The beetroot wellington and gravy was delicious. The only criticism I have is that although the menu describes it as served with spring greens. However it would be more accurate to have described as a garnish. As a result we needed to order a side of extra broccoli.
A very nice place, excellent and imaginative food.
