Food was delicious, our server was extremely friendly and attentive. My husband and I love this place.
Me and my boyfriend went for my birthday, and it was lovely. We both felt very safe and relaxed as all guidelines were followed. Almost felt like the good old days pre Covid!!!! Xxx
The greeter met us with the comment that as we had booked an outdoor table (had to due to Covid requirements) then if it rained there was no cover on our table. Why would you have outside tables without cover and were we supposed to eat in the rain?
Anyway it didn’t rain, our server was perfectly pleasant. The drinks didn’t arrive until the meal was served, the chicken burger was actually tasteless even the accompaniments didn’t help. All in all, very underwhelming, wouldn’t go back.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was lovely! Really enjoyed myself.

A well organised venue for Covid times. The food was well prepared and my crab cakes were tasty. The fish finger sandwich was a little dry. Good and generous desserts. Service was excellent on a busy Sunday lunchtime.
Bills in Kingston dealing with the Covid restrictions very well. The service was efficient. Food served within 15 minutes of ordering. Our eggs royale were perfect. Excellent start to a day of Christmas shopping.
We went for a leisurely breakfast and a good location
Went for a quick breakfast - earlier during the pandemic, some branches were a bit cavalier with social distancing etc, but I was pleased that everything was a lot better organised now. The food was amazing as always.
Excellent service and all safety guidelines followed. Staff were very attentive as always.

I had booked outside dining, unfortunately we had a large party of very loud people next to us. The waiter took quite a time to take our order, and it was over 30 minutes before the drinks arrived and the starters even long, he did apologise when he delivered them, maybe he could have told us there was a delay. My guest ordered something that included salad, which was actually 1 lettuce leaf !
Good COVID precautions - Good outdoor heaters, temperature check before entering and hand sanitisers on tables. Excellent waitress. Good value menu Monday - Wednesday
Little disappointed as have always had great experiences at Bills. No Prosecco. Food was only Luke warm.
Staff were pleasant but Restaurant felt unorganised and as if there was no manager overseeing things
If you're looking for a really tasty meal, then Bills is your place. All the dishes we ordered from the Festive menu (up to 50% off Mon - Weds) was delicious and the sharing platter was particularly good value for money.
The service was rather slow which was a shame as we were visiting during our lunch hour. There were plenty of staff and obviously the restaurant wasn't very busy so not sure why it too so long to get served. But a truly delicious meal nonetheless.
I really enjoy Bills when I visit I thought the restaurant was cold so I had to keep my coat on this time. The drinks were also lukewarm, but the food was good.
Bills always provides great service & food of a high standard. We received a warm welcome by the staff . Really like the decor and felt very comfortable. Bills clearly have the COVID issues well in hand and I felt safe at all times in the venue.
Overall okay. Nice to get out, food was a bit pricey, but service was good.

Waited outside for 10 mins no one came to seat us. Once seated wasn't told about menu items being unavailable - 3 items out of four not in stock - never again
We had an awful experience for a birthday celebration. We weren’t told which items were unavailable in advance so 2 of our party had to change their orders at the last minute. One of the other dishes arrived and there were substitutions that we weren’t told about in advance that were unacceptable. When 2 of the other dishes arrived they contained tiny portions of Turkey (4 pieces) for what was meant to be a Boxing Day curry. The initial comment we received was that the portion sizes were determined by Head Office. When we said they werent acceptable, the waitress agreed to ask the chef to increase them. We then waited for an inordinate amount of time while 2 of our party ate their meals and still there was no sight of the Turkey curry’s. At that point we said we were going to leave. At least we weren’t charged for any of the food, just the wine. We have been to Bills before and had very good experiences but this one means it will be a very long time, if ever, before we go back.
We had brunch at Bill’s and the food was excellent as usual. However, it was a Sunday and very busy. The staff were constantly moving about the restaurant but service was very slow and at one point we had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee order which had been forgotten about. There was no designated server for our area, or at least didn’t appear to be and as such it was difficult to be served. The manager was very helpful and did serve us when we arrived. However, after he left the floor for a period, the service went downhill.

I had such a lovely evening on Saturday! 10/10 would go again. It was my housemates Birthday and she even got a brownie. Everyone was very attentive. Was my first normal night out in ages. Thank you!!

Tasteless veggie platter and miso Salmon and congealed mac and cheese - and a post lockdown 2.0 meal I was so looking forward to. Some of the food was so unappetising you look at it was sent back to the kitchen untouched. Very very disappointing
Consistently excellent service and standard. Food is brought out very quickly and we just love coming back here time and time again. Highly recommended.
Booked online. Got there 10.30 am for brekkie. Asked for and seated at booth(my favorite). Food and beverages arrived quickly. Hot and delicious and generous portions. Looked after fantastically by lovely staff. Nice experience. Staff all wear masks 😷. Hand gel on tables. Felt safe and everything clean.

Enjoyed the afternoon late lunch very much the menu was varied and everything was available. Our food was very good and well presented. Very nice service and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely go back.

Really happy with the Covid-19 compliance. Tables were socially distanced, staff all wore suitable PPE. Staff all really friendly and cheerful. Food was lovely as usual.
