The food was very nice but not received at the advertised reduction in price as it didn’t meet certain criteria - all quite confusing. The cocktails weren’t very good despite the price. There were only 4 other tables in use but service was slow, we stood waiting at the door to be greeted for over 5 minutes, no one around. There were only 2 of us granted, but we were sat on a small 2 seater table despite the restaurant being almost empty. I had booked for Christmas Eve but cancelled my booking immediately after this visit. A shame as the food was very nice as mentioned.
Brilliant for allergens. I have a quite extensive list of allergies and these were able to be catered too. Great covid measures and incredible food

Absolutely lovely place. Staff very helpful and friendly. The food and atmosphere was perfect. Myself and daughter went for the set menu. Good selection and reasonable price. Would highly recommend trying this place. Intend to go again.

Was apprehensive about eating out in Liverpool but needn't have worried. Bills was superb, Staff really geared up on Covid regulations and place was spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and efficient food very good.

Lovely food and special offer on Mondays to Wednesdays. Staff really nice and felt so sorry for them at the moment because of the restrictions on Merseyside, the restaurant was empty. When the madness is over will definitely go again.
Great food at a reasonable price. maitre d was far too loud. Every guest was told the same thing but we could all hear. Table we were on was by the staff entrance which made it too busy with staff exchanging welcomes. No black pepper mill !! Bar table service was slow given the restaurant was not busy. Overall food and servers made up for the negatives.
Lovely afternoon spent in Bills there was no pressure to leave after we had eaten very relax and lovely staff😄
First time visiting Bills, was a really calm and relaxed atmosphere. Me and my partner loved the food and how welcoming the staff were. Social distancing and government guidelines followed to the letter, will definitely be back.

Large restaurant with plenty of space for social distancing yet staff sat everyone at one end, all close together. Had to ask for one table to be moved as they were way too close to us. Food was ok but husbands main had to be sent back as was cold. Overall not too bad but small changes would have made it much better.
Food was excellent but service lacked. My biggest problem with Bill’s was in COVID-19 measures. We were seated not even an arm length away from a couple at another table in an empty restaurant..I’m sure this would not help stop the spread if either of our parties had come in contact in the past few days! Worst yet, the server was walking around texting. If it wasn’t unprofessional, it was downright gross. As phones are the most contacted instruments in our lives and therefore hold the most bacteria, my confidence can not be kept that we were served food, utensils, drinks, etc that would not have coronavirus on them. Overall, I’m not happy to return again after I’ve seen how blasé this place is about food handling and service.
Had a lovely time, the staff and food were great - but overall disappointed with the additional service charge put on the bill without asking... I found it pretty cheeky given the fact the prices are already slightly higher than normal.
There weren’t many diners in the restaurant. In fact, when we got there I think we were the only two people but despite this we waited 50 minutes for our meal. The excuse being, something had broken which means the chefs didn’t get our order. Some of the chefs passed our table several times. Surely they should have querying why we were sitting there at an empty table for over 50 minutes. !!! When they brought the bill they had the cheek to put on a service charge but did deduct the cup of tea we had. My partner did pay the service charge. If I had have been given the bill I wouldn’t have paid the service charge. The food was excellent. The ambiance is usually very good when there are more customers dining. It is in a very good location in Liverpool One. Pity the service let it down the evening we dined there.
A lovely restaurant in a central location close to Liverpool One central car park. It was a Monday evening and although the restaurant was quiet we were kept waiting at the door before being shown to our table. The waitress was very polite but a number of items on the menu were not available and it wasn't identified to us until we had ordered. Drinks were slow to arrive as was the food but once it did arrive, we were pleased. They were also offering 50% discount off many items from the menu as a continuation of the Eat out to Help out scheme which was much appreciated.
Took advantage of the set menu - food was delicious and such good value. Staff were friendly and helpful- they’re coping brilliantly with the restrictions and we felt very welcome and safe.

Food slow to arrive but everything else very enjoyable.
Service could of been better, waited a while for service of drinks, we asked for the bill 3 times and still didn’t get it
Staff seem to not care. Had to ask for sugar 3 times and the bill twice. Were made to wait even though there was empty tables and we had booked a time. Food was okay not the best I have had in Bill's before. Wouldnt return to the liverpool branch.

It was nice and quiet, and everyone adhered to the COVID rules! The food and drinks were great, and there’s lots to choose from!
Food was cold service so slow waiting 30 mins for bill after asking sausages were under cooked and in edible
Great breakfast. Can not fault the food and service at all, friendly staff.
Given the current circumstances the staff did very well following social distancing but without over fussing which can spoil being out, new rules being followed wel.
Only one complaint was the toilets could be a bit busy and no lock on one of the ladies loo door. Fix that and make people queue outside when it has 2 people in there.
Great menu catering for a wide variety of tastes. Nice atmosphere and well looked after by the staff
Very nice staff and the food was excellent. Would happily go again if I were in Liverpool. Another bonus is they are carrying on the eat out to help out. Worth every penny.

Very accommodating for us and so friendly with our little one even though he knocked off one of their plates.
I was very impressed, on arrival the staff member politely took our temperature and showed us to a table away from others.
The food was great as it always is, and the lunch offer was very reasonable.
